I have used Turbo Tax for many years and noticed the changes to the format and questions asked. I prefer the older versions much more. The process is still smooth, but the new layout and approach is not as good.

why is there a $40 refund charge when i already paid almost $90 just to use the program also why did i have to pay $25 to file a state return when that is suppose to be free???? very disappointed

Turbo Tax did not account for the state of Georgia's cap on SALT deductions. This failure has yielded an underpayment of my GA state income tax payment.

Absolutely horrible experience using this program this year. It wasn't nearly as hard in the past. Probably due to A.I. garbage. Not sure I will use TurboTax again.

multiple areas wouldn't work with what I was told should be fine. A local parent warned me in advance I might experience almost the exact problems. multiple people we know had the same problems with the same forms.

Interface is confusing. Should be much simpler and intuitive. Also I could not use a credit card with month 12. 11 and 12 were hidden. I had to find another card.

Repeatedly cycles through the import question = very annoying. Don't tell me to consult a tax advisor. if I consult a tax advisor, I won't be using your software.

The personal help was good but Turbo Tax didn't support Form 8621 so I had to Mail in return. Will not use in future if they don't fix this shortcoming

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years using many states and duty stations and this year had a heck of a time with errors. I do taxes for all my family members and caused me research many entries. It too twice as long as previous years.

I used the downloaded version and had no need for assistants from experts online. Had to learn how to work around a pop-up staying needed to go back and review previous topic but finally worked through it.
