The software just wants me to buy your audit services which no one needs. Why must you ask me over and over and over again to buy something I DO NOT NEED????

TurboTax error forced filing of GA amendment... and evidently Federal, too... though nothing changed on Federal. Confusing process. I have low confidence of success.

I got instant help from a live person to load my 2024 form, then I went through the process and it was straight forward and fast. All my forms easily laded from my partners. Great experience.

Too many ads to upgrade. Once is sufficient! Why did you change the charity donations? Very inconvenient! Cost extra time to add up! Heading to TAXACT next year!

I noticed that the software does not return you back to the place where you were when you exit and enter the application. This was a feature that we very useful in the past. Please update the software with this feature.

When downloading and installing software, you should display/provide status' of the progress. many times it just disappears and I don't know what is happening. ie. is it still in progress or something went wrong.

Turbo Tax worked very well for me to complete my tax returns this year. My returns were slightly more complicated than last year, but Turbo Tax took me through everything I needed to complete them.

I have already done this. Disappointed in the ease of figuring natinal taxes. Ultimately filed and seems ok. Jury is still out on the state review. Insufficient information and an inaccurate state tax return. I'm still working on the latter.

completed tax return but had to buy new computer because my apple pc wasn't compatible with turbo tax operations systems new minimum operating systems! Not happy that I couldn't use apple pc!
