AI cannot answer questions regarding certain input items. I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. Each year, input methods change and clarification gets worse. This will likely be the last year I use it.

It is not your fault but all the extra info needed is frustrating because I did not know I needed it until I got to the place where it needed to be entered

This year was particularly annoying. 1. Had trouble with download and MAC OS install 2. Donation to charity entries did not allow individual tallies of multiple entires for the same donation

You have a really bad user experience. It is not intuitive at all. Seems like has been designed by a developer. You need to hire a good UI designer and product manager for a complete redesign.

Great product overall. I did have a bit of trouble understanding the difference between a "Foreign Account" and foreign assets managed by a US broker.

Download from Vanguard was a mess. The software would not allow a download using the icon frovidid in the income section. I had to re-enter as a new income source before it would function

I have used this method for 20+ years. this years was the worst with inconsistent answers on many aspects. I ran a second return to be sure. this is not the normal mode for turbo tax

We like most of the changes we see. However, it would be better if we could enter INT and DIV income separately and have the ability to sort alphabetically by payer name.

I had to buy new computer to run this unfriendly program on windows 11. I have used the program for well over 10 years and this will be the last year.
