Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

Online version is horrible. Been using disc for years with excellent results. Recommended it to everyone. Not ay more. What have you done to this Turbotax version?

If you already know how to file your taxes, TT is great. But if you are very new to taxes and don't read at a college level you will have problems understanding what you need to do.

The program still doesn't understand the cost basis for Cash Secured Puts is $0, and requires you to manually enter $0 for each and every one of those transactions.

I would like the ability to mail my Federal tax return and then e-file my state tax return. Also, going back and forth to get information that is not clear or does not have options is confusing.

I've been using Turbo Tax since its inception. I find it very user friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Whenever I've had questions, I've always been able to reach someone to settle my nerves. It's the best.

Each year TTax seems to get worse. Less intuitive, more cumbersome to use. My sense iis Im getting less value and the software is more expensive each year.

The interface was good, but a little confusing for an educated (not in the finance /tax field) user. The 'help/more info' needs to be in larger print when clicked on. It was very difficult to read because the font was too small.

I am 72 so it was a bit trying for me and I thought once I purchased the Premier turbo tax program that I only had to pay $25.00 to file state, I guess I was wrong.

Not as easy to navigate as it has been in the past. Had to upgrade for more money to download investment 1099s. Extra to efile the state return. Turbo Tax is doing less and costing more. Probably look for a cheaper solution.
