I've been using TurboTax for years and I'm never disappointed by how you are always so current and accurate with the new rules from the Federal and California governorments.

Please, please do a refresh at least of the opening screens, and some reworking of your dialogue boxes to improve clarity. Even this survey feels balky and dated.

Quality of product has been going down year after year. This was by far the worse. Extremely annoyed after purchasing software was continuously hounded to use the online version which is horrible and not user friendly

Makes filing taxes surprisingly simple with clear guidance, helpful prompts, and an easy-to-follow process that takes the stress out of getting taxes done accurately and in time.

Terrible experience! Difficult to download(took hours) Took 20 hours to complete with a simple return. unsure of accuracy. Final checks took hours with multiple repeat requests! Never again!!!

Same issues as last year. Can't download from broker using Chrome. I had to use Fire Fox. Along that line no selection box to choose which browser. Same isse with CAstate thinking I had a depreciating asset.

No printable state form which is the same as not giving me the state return. Helps were not provided. Every time I clicked on a question mark the help screen was blank.

I am going back to using an accountant next year. Turbo Tax was more difficult to use for 2025 than it ever has before, and I've used it for many years. It probably took me twice as long to do my taxes this year as it has in previous years.

There are too many "Continues" before actually filing my return, and why was my credit card charged $40 for filing a state return when it said it was $20?

Easy to use and love the step by step instructions. Have used TurboTax desktop software for over 10 years and have never had an issue with doing my taxes. Not a fan of the on.line web page versions
