Pretty easy and user friendly. However, there has to be a better way to display the stock download to be able to double check the download without clicking on sooooooo many pages.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years on the same computer. For some reason, it would not pick up last year's return to transfer to the new return. Had to import information manually. Not a big deal but annoying

I had to get help by phone for an unusual and difficult circumstance. The agent was wonderful! She was pleasant and worked until my issue was settled. I am very grateful for her patient help!

Not a lot of support with the Desktop Version. Had trouble with my pin so instead e-filing I have to send it in. I would not use this again or recommend it to anyone.

I had a long detailed text here with 4 stars -- and you wiped it out by accident and I'm not typing it in again -- changed to 3 stars -- there are a lot of bugs and disconnects, good luck reporting them though, when even THIS UI is buggy.

Great software! Easy to follow! The step-by-step is very helpful. The accuracy is fantastic. It would have been nice to have it compatible with Windows 10.

Easy to use ... We've been using Turbotax on our Windows PCs since it's inception and have never had a problem of any kind with the filing of our tax returns. It has always been easy, quick, accurate, informative and on time.

I file a Virginia income tax return which includes K-1's. I submit the information for the same entity year after year. Unfortunately, Turbo Tax doesn't save the information, so I have to input again each year. What a pain!

i WISH THAT WHEN i CLICK SOMETHING THAT IT DOES UNCLICKS WHEN I GO BACK TO CHECK ON SOMETHING LIKE E-FILE FED AND NOT STATE . THAT MAY BE LAST YEAR AND PREVIOUS YEARS . MUCH EASIER THIS YEAR. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I am a bit disappointed with this year's product for missing It'sDeductible and Credit Card Payment Pop-up screen user interface defect where Expiration month for October, November and December options cannot be selected.
