Easy to follow instructions and accurate. The only downside is the requirement to update upon each input. Update should be optional due to repeated inputs.

OK but the desktop experience is worse than the past especially handling 1099's. Seems like trying to coerce users to switch to using on-line version but may backfire as some users like me might bite the bullet and switch to another solution.

False advertising that state e-file costs only $20.00. Credit card charge for State E-file does not go through and have to use the Federal refund, so Turbotax can add the additional fee of premium service. Should start a class action suit

I and my extended family have been using TurboTax for over 15 years now and have enjoyed the ease of use, the simple questions, the backup documents and HAVE always trusted its accuracy! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

There is no direct support, phone or chat, that I was able to find. I was unable to report a major failure in the software and I had to work around it with considerable time and effort.

I had an issue early in the process, and the phone tree and the wait time were less than great. However, when I finally got to a representative, she was awesome.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years for me and my family. Love how easily the prior years' info transfers to current year. Turbo Tax makes tax season less stressful.

Turbo Tax 2025 was straightforward and easy to use although the format changed from the 2024 year. Entering the Charity Non-Cash seemed a bit redundant and time consuming. I did not use a Live Expert.

Going through the steps is fine. The end with audits and checks and offers and filing and costs and charges that are not identified up front ("refund processing fee") seems dishonest.

TurboTax is good unless you have a question. Getting the correct answer is extremely difficult, not clear and, in some cases, outdated. I upgraded to Premier based on the advice when in fact I didn't need to.
