My tax situation is fairly simple and does not change much from year to year. Turbo Tax can probably a lot more than I ask, but I do appreciate the clear and easy user interface that makes sure I remember everything.

I have used TurboTax for several years and highly recommend it to file taxes. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. I have never had a problem with using TurboTax.

I ran into more issues this time with Turbo Tax. I understand its intent isn't to teach me about tax laws, but there was no explanation for the reasons behind TT telling me it was better to itemize than to take the standard deduction.

I vastly preferred the desktop version of the software when compared to the online version. It was much clearer and allowed for better reference to prior tax years.

Turbo tax if fast, easy to follow and I have never been audited in the years since I have used it! I like that I can ask questions and get information from chats.

Turbo Tax reviews everything before releasing my tax returns. It's up to the IRS and State to determine if my information is correct. But, I glad that TurboTax reviews before I do.

was always a good product, but the 2025 version REQUIRES Windows 11 ! bad choice to require a bad operating system version There should be no reason TurboTax could not use WIN 10.

I filed electronically and return was rejected. The program wouldn't allow me to change anything, it kept giving a pop-up that some previous action wasn't completed correctly. Thankfully I could still printout the return and file in paper form.

It is difficult to find more than one time to find where the screen is to transfer tax info from a financial institution to Turbo Tax. Please make it easier. Thank you ahead of time to next year.
