I just responded just after filing. 5 stars for download version, 1 star for on-line version. The latter had one major bug that was a complete block, one negligent omission (I couldn't start a new filing), and nor FORMS button.

There is no direct support, phone or chat, that I was able to find. I was unable to report a major failure in the software and I had to work around it with considerable time and effort.

Long time user of Turbotax and I love that the UI is so smooth and if I have any questions I can fall back on the Ask an Expert and/or the local community.

I wish that was an index for use in searching for particular sections to record data. I often find myself "googling" to find out which I should record particular date in.

Several issues impacted my rating. One, I have a new computer and was unable to access past returns increasing my data entry work. Two, for some reason the system kept asking about Canada and it was difficult to get around that.

The software for 2025 taxes was clunky and hard to use. I have used TurboTax for multiple years and this was the worst experience I have had with it. It seems clear the integrity of the offline product is no longer your priority.

i FIND IT EASY TO USE, ACCURATE, MANY EXCELLENT FEATURES AND IS COMPATABLE WITH THE IRS. THE ONLINE SUPPORT IS GREAT AND THE INTERFACE IS EASY TO USE;

Software was not properly tested and very badly done in importing documents and calculating taxes properly through worksheets took me few hours to fix foreign tax box. A lot of time spent in selling extra services at a cost.

The import system from Chase worked fine in previous years. IT DID NOT WORK THIS YEAR. I want to know who is responsible for this problem - Chase or TurboTax. FIX IT NOW!!!

completed tax return but had to buy new computer because my apple pc wasn't compatible with turbo tax operations systems new minimum operating systems! Not happy that I couldn't use apple pc!
