Help function didn't work. No where to enter information. Also, no where could I find how to apply my federal refund to my estimated taxes. Had to go back and print out the ES forms. Not very user friendly.

Very difficult this year. Big problems with turbo tax license. The license increased by one when I executed the program. It happened with the 2024 and the 2025 versions. One the phone for 3 hours to solve problem.

Import from Schwab a nightmare. Would upload but no data. Bad bug! Eventually worked ater cycling software. but wasted a lot of time. Software pulled in k1 from ira you never file. Another bug.

Terrible. I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. I have Windows 11 installed and still have problems getting TurboTax to update. Spent excessive amount of time with these known technical problems. Never again!

You guys failed this year as I had to input all my brokerage data manually since it would not download from the institution. The program is not intuitive anymore, for what you charge it can be better. I will be exploring your competition next year.

This is the last year I'll be using turbo tax after I think has been about 10 years. Since you no longer have It's Deductible, and keep raising the cost, it's no longer worth it. Main reason is due to getting rid of It's Deductible.

The program still doesn't understand the cost basis for Cash Secured Puts is $0, and requires you to manually enter $0 for each and every one of those transactions.

Never had so much difficulty. life insurance interest is not an investment. terrible time forcing it in. being forced to purchase item I didn't want.

On-line support very helpful and responsive. However very disappointed that the feature to upload significant supporting documentation is no available via the purchased software as opposed to the on-line.

Might be my last time using Turbo Tax. In the past it was easy to use. This time it was confusing, hard to understand and got no help when I got rejected.
