This year's TurboTax interface was the most confusing I've ever seen. I do not like the way options / choices are presented. It took me longer to sort through the individual icons than selecting my option using plain English language.

A lot more "clunky" than last year. Had to enter information multiple times. It brought forward information incorrectly and took a lot longer than it should have.

Overall, for tax filling it was good, but the 2.94% convenience fee for paying your "Federal taxes due" (using a credit card) was not appreciated. I will look around next year for other providers to see if they do the same.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and never feel disappointed. The more I used, the more easy it was to me. So thank you for the excellent product!

I do this every year with Turbo Tax. Roughly 40 years. I took a course to prepare Taxes. When Turbo tax finally came out I started with it and have continued ever since. Using anything else is wrong.

I had several problems related to incomplete downloads from financial institutions. I ended up getting help for two of them. The tax advisor was able to solve the problems very quickly.

Doesn't work with Windows 10 which my main PC is still on. Feature wise it is very similar to the previous versions which all worked great on Windows 10.

Overall Turbo-tax made my tax filing quite easy and straight forward. This year it asked some questions that I found a little confusing and unnecessary in my opinion.

I don't like the oversell of Turbo Tax ONLINE. Just give the option once and be done with it. I like the download and just keep it on my PC not in the CLOUD!!!
