I had to file Form 5074 this year. I was disappointed to see that TurboTax does not support e-filing of this form. Please consider adding Form 5074 for e-filing eligibility.

I can count on TT to be similar to last year. My taxes are a step above simple, but not onerous. I live in tax free state but require premier version. Wish I could buy premier without the state version.

Upgrading while in the middle of using the desktop version was not a good experience. I upgraded from TurboTax Deluxe to Premier, but there were still prompts asking me to upgrade to premier in places after the upgrade was complete.

Was disappointed that Turbo Tax failed to import any of my tax data from last year, not even my name. Otherwise, it is an effective and relatively painless way to do taxes.

Have been using this product for 30+ years. No problems with accuracy and interface. Seems annoying at times and there should be a fster way to do your taxes.

Some of the info of Turbo Tax are hidden within other features: Examples are taxes hidden inside general headings that aren't fully apparent unless your click on the feature.

Uneven. Could not use on-line version because it would not pull in last year's return. Had to purchased more expensive desktop version. Would not pull in Fidelity Investments but did Edward Jones.

Tools are easy to use and understand and when I encountered a problem when attempting to e-file, your support rep, Carmine, was able to find the EXACT solution needed to resolve my issue.

Online filing was supposed to give free state filing, did not happen. Glitched and shut down twice during process. Would not recommend online version to anyone.
