I have used turbo tax for 10+ years. THis is the first time ever I could not electronically file my State Return because of some silly calculation for penalty that you don't support. It is just ridiculous that such a common form is not supported.

I was advised by a TurboTax specialist to redo my Tax Return from the OnLine version (Paid for) due to rounding error that could not be rectified, in the DeskTop version for which I had to pay a new fee!.

FEDERAL WAS NOT AS EASY AS LAST YEAR. YOUR HANDLING OF MISSOURI NR WAS MUCH BETTER. CHARGING $25 TO FILE STATE RETURNS ELECTRONICALLY WAS OUTRAGEOUS! I'LL FILE BY MAIL NEXT YEAR IF YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE $25 PER STATE TO E FILE.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years as always its accurate user friendly and this year they have made it even more efficient and easy. I tried other tax programs and went right back to Turbo Tax

I was a little disappointed in the 2025 edition primarily because it lacked the Deduct It feature and I found it more difficult go back and searching forms than in the past.Not as good as in the past

I have used the product for years. I have a CPA so just use it to fill in the appropriate forms rather than for advice. Product is always easy to use and easy to understand.

telephone support was provided to correct a program issue that would not accept the cid code on my credit card- after a call they fixed the program a few hours later

The software walked us through all the forms and pulled the information from accounts that made the process smooth. We only submitted the Taxes, we believe they are accurate after comparing to last year's taxes performed by a CPA.

Using the search tool did not work when you clicked it. it did not give you a place to start the search. Always reverted back to last search and you could not get out of it to start I new search. AI in Turbo Tax search sucks.

I cannot cancel an amend for my federal 2025 taxes. I did a sample amend a return to help out someone thinking I could just not save the file. Desktop Turbotax autosaved the file and I can't get rid of the amend.
