Communicated with about three first level support person, two second levels, and a tax expert, who was unable to solve my problem. Finally, a support person (? level) named Todd, who solved my problem in less that five minutes.

I do not like being forced to print all copies (Not used) for state return. Could not print either Federal or State returns part way through the process.

I have used it for years but was really frustrated that it will not use Ventura software on a Mac this year, had to by a new computer to be able to use the Turbo Tax I had already purchased. :(

The interface seems a bit clunky. And it would be real nice to be able to have a side by side view ot the tax return while you are working on the individual steps.

import had issues this year for the first time. duplicates were present and when one would be deleted others would disappear as well. Took many tries to get it all working.

Had some problems with the program freezing and had to redo the federal and then when I reopened today, the update froze again and had to restart the computer. I never had these problems before.

I HATE the newer format for entering investment income (since last year). The old version allowed me to see a nice summary of all entered information that could be easily edited. This version is way too confusing and difficult to navigate.

Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

I WAS SHOCK TO HAVE MY FILING REJECTED DUE TO THE ERROR ON THE HOME ENERGY. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM ON FILING BUT SOMETHING THAT WAS CONTROLED BY TURBOTAX

Nothing really good to see here. It messed up some 1099 data imports from our institutions and didn't download my corrected w-2 from our payroll company
