Turbo tax charge too much for State e- filing $25 and illegal chrged $45 for Turbo Tax Premium 2025. I am really frustrate to make phone call, it wait at least 30-60 minutes long.

Good software but extremely pushy trying to add their online services. Had to keep going back. Even with the update it continued to ask for me to sign up for the online services. Pushy sales.

Loved the ease of inputting and uploading information directly. Had a question and the representative supported me by walking me through the process of clearing my errors.

I have multiple accounts with the same bank. It would be nice if an account number could be attached to it when it's imported so I can understand which 1099 I'm looking at.

terrible, worse every year. Removing CSV support makes the experience even worse. Since the 1099-DA's are now required for crypto why can I only manually enter it and only on premier. Every year this software get more clunky, slow and outdated.

The software errors in the drop-down added-details lists are very disappointing. I report these blatant errors every year, yet they persist year after year.

you have too much junk c and not easy to find and start a return. you directed me and encouraged user to use cloud computing. wouldn't down load my return from previous year. much wasted time this year

drives me crazy every year. constant upselling. constant continue pages. constant going to new page asking for things i was not expecting to be asked and had to do a lot of puzzling to guess what to enter. I hate this product!

Used before, but I accidentally chose the desktop version and not the online this year and I had more issues. Also could never find "tax help" on the screen. Also, hard to get out of some screens to go one step back .

Surprise at end about Estimated Taxes (apparently optional). No mention until it was time to print my return! You could have put in an entire discussion about the choice that has to be made.
