Why is the IRS IP Pin a six digit number and the eFiling Pin a five digit number. Not well explain not is process to get a Pin. Very frustrating to use.

IT worked but would always start back at the beginning and I had to manually find where I left off. File was saved but it did not remember where I was. Also, when I'm paying over $100 for the software, tax advice should be included.

Good experience and information at finger tips. Filing both federal and state becomes an easy task. Downloads from brokerage firms is wonderful ad a real time saver.

Worst Turbo Tax I've used in over 25 years. It was clumsy and not intuitive. It was very difficult to navigate through. Will look for other software or have an accountant do my taxes next year.

I had to call customer service to get assistance to put the desktop version on my desktop as the info provided would not allow me to do so. Customers should be clearly advised that the "what if worksheet" is not available with the on line version

I noticed that the software does not return you back to the place where you were when you exit and enter the application. This was a feature that we very useful in the past. Please update the software with this feature.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it excellent for doing my taxes. I want to be able to download Turbo tax on my computer. I do not want to do my taxes online and do not want my tax information stored in the cloud.

Have been using Turbotax for years and this Deluxe Premier was the worst. hard to edit or delete some fields, printing was not straightforward - ended up in a loop. Never hd these problems before.

Audit Defense is a Fraud. Poor choice only showing the 'limited' version. If you go to Audit Defense you pay the same fee and get Unlimited. Make this better to avoid customer problems in droves.

4 out of 5 stars only because you got rid of "Its deductible". I used that every year for at least 15 years I've been using TurboTax. You need to bring that back, or at the very least, charge a bit more for that feature.
