I do this every year with Turbo Tax. Roughly 40 years. I took a course to prepare Taxes. When Turbo tax finally came out I started with it and have continued ever since. Using anything else is wrong.

Turbotax was really easy to use. It was easy to figure out what I was eligible for and not and walked me through each step of my return. Highly recommend!

The TurboTax desktop product is great. I can view forms to ensure everything looks right. Your online product is really bad - no obvious way to look at forms while doing taxes.

You should be able to handle 1099B form box 1f without me having to search the itnernet for an article on how to enter it in a covuluted way. This box should be n entry wtih questions, Desktop version.

I have twice tried to e-file,but been rejected. The email states that there will be a message about what needs to be corrected. There is no information about what to do when I log into Turbo Tax. What a waste of money to by the Premier version.

I do not like being forced to print all copies (Not used) for state return. Could not print either Federal or State returns part way through the process.

I eFiled my federal return using my TurboTax software. I want to eFile my state return, which I will pay, but I do not see the option to complete the transaction.

I've been using TurboTax for over a decade, and this year, unlike other years, it was incredibly difficult. I had to start my return over several times before I got a finished product.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It has provided the explanations and advice through self-employment, capital gains, retirement income, etc. I feel like I understand my taxes rather than handing them off to an accountant.

I have used it for years but was really frustrated that it will not use Ventura software on a Mac this year, had to by a new computer to be able to use the Turbo Tax I had already purchased. :(
