I think the interface is terrible. I like my taxes done on my desktop and when starting the program it default to online version. Very frustrating! And when you open another window, it's allows a reduced size and you have to enlarge it

explanations missing, help is useless, Gemini knows more about the forms and your product than your own help pages. Trubotax just inserts numbers but never explains from where and it's really hard to track down

I was unhappy to have to pay for State eFiling. I felt cheated by that charge when I had purchased a copy with a free eFile. Turns out it was Federal only -- seemed a bait-and- switch.

Your product is good.. BUT .. you need to have a "where do I enter that info " kind of search tool and answer area.. why would I go to ChatGPT to get that or copilot.. Turbo tax must have that in t product itself.

Interface for income items is getting too glitzy (more pictures, less words).Go back to 2024 version. Deductions and Credits should allow you to visit consecutively not go back to the top when you finish an item.

Intuit shouldhire someone who has superb skills at writing the English language and who isfamiliar either accounting and incometax terminologies. Many of your screensare NEEDLESSLY unclear and or confusing.

4 out of 5 stars only because you got rid of "Its deductible". I used that every year for at least 15 years I've been using TurboTax. You need to bring that back, or at the very least, charge a bit more for that feature.

Really pathetic. Your software has become nearly useless. Your lack of help screens and information on otherwise extremely arcane, murky and obfuscated questions is unconscionable. A.I. understands your software better than you do. Just terrible.

Turbo tax walks you through each specific item in both the income and the deduction topics. It is easy to import data from various financial institutions.

Going through the steps is fine. The end with audits and checks and offers and filing and costs and charges that are not identified up front ("refund processing fee") seems dishonest.
