I tried to use the online version but when I got to the either file online for $39 or delete my state return, I switched to the computer version. Way too many places where you want more money from me.

import had issues this year for the first time. duplicates were present and when one would be deleted others would disappear as well. Took many tries to get it all working.

Just a horrible update from last year. Very unfriendly. Didn't even show my audit level like other years. The credit card payment page would not work

Things went fine. The software really can use an uplifted user interface as it is very time consuming. Would be nice if it was a web form that can be easily navigated back and forth.

Entering 1099R was circular regarding SEP boxes. Also when entering 1099 B info it first ask for individual transaction. i had to exit and reopen the topic in order to just enter the summary.

imported numbers were not itemized or labeled as such. Just mysterious numbers showing up saying "needs review". 1099 payee and address information were not transferred

- The app crashed multiple times during e-filing and while saving the tax returns. - It did not carry forward capital gains/losses from prior years - I was unable to open a support ticket for this issue

Used to be very easy to use. No longer. Unintuitive. Very difficult to maneuver to find what one is looking for. I am not a software engineer, and don't want to become one. Should be written for the self user.

Overall Turbo-tax made my tax filing quite easy and straight forward. This year it asked some questions that I found a little confusing and unnecessary in my opinion.

good software Is the Slate Truck too minimal for its own good? A two-seater electric pickup with no paint, no radio, no power windows, not even a dang cell connection — who is this for?
