I had several problems related to incomplete downloads from financial institutions. I ended up getting help for two of them. The tax advisor was able to solve the problems very quickly.

I asked several times where I could input the IRS number provided for Identity Protection Identification number (IP PIN) and the system never provided me an answer to input this information. It did last year.

Entering charitable contributions was much more tedious than in previous years. Also, TurboTax insisted I review my state tax return after telling me no state return was required for Washington State. That was awkward and unnecessary.

There as a glitch that made me enter a value three different times. Also my pin did not go through IND-181-01 - The Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) for the first taxpayer on your return is missing requiring me to refile.

Pretty straight forward. I like the ability to look at the return midway through the data entering phase. Also it's nice to have access to the worksheets. This was my first year using the desktop version. I prefer it to the on-line version.

Federal was easy to follow and I didn't need any support. State tax was confusing at times. The Turbo tax program kept referring me back to the last input but then didn't let me update anything going forward

I am new to Turbo Tax and found it to be difficult to get the program to recognize a long-term capital loss! I finally found the actual forms and put the loss in manually!

It has been the first time I finished with the return all by myself. I guess Turbotax Premier 2025 is desinged/improved better, Less confused. I thank you.

Great product. Perhaps add a prompt to option on applying refund to estimated tax for following year. It's an easy search in the help screen but should probably be a radio button option.

i can't print just state.... then made a mistake and couldn't efile state...it stinks... bad bad .. i am so frustrated i make one change on state and all of sudden it is a mended when i haven't even filed it..
