The TurboTax desktop product is great. I can view forms to ensure everything looks right. Your online product is really bad - no obvious way to look at forms while doing taxes.

Overall Turbo-tax made my tax filing quite easy and straight forward. This year it asked some questions that I found a little confusing and unnecessary in my opinion.

Overall, for tax filling it was good, but the 2.94% convenience fee for paying your "Federal taxes due" (using a credit card) was not appreciated. I will look around next year for other providers to see if they do the same.

I got a new PC and picking up the previous year was a bit tricky and tedious. Also, the new web-based interface to financial institutions took a bit of getting used to. Finally, please get more financial institutions to interface with you.
