Nothing was easy: Kept telling me to enter my Canadian income... There is none and never was Completely messed up my Fidelity info. No way to check if it got everything Hard to navigate Hard time finding last years return to help with this year Too much else to list I have been using turbotax for many years and it now is unusable

TurboTax user for years. However, this version was less user friendly. But primary reason for reduced rating is glitch in system caused loss of information already input (approx half of information). Required a couple of hours of delay and reinput... plus big concern over confidential information "lost who knows where". you must do better tha this.

I had a significantly higher frequency of looking for answers in the Help menu and on line because your tool tips to explain things are getting fewer and fewer. Since you are using more artificial stupidity this year--that should be more of them than prior years.

Turbo Tax is easy to be using. I had TurboTax for over 10 years. Only this year filling 2025 tax, I had 1 error on state tax M1W form. I called Support agent, she helped me very patient for over an hour. that error still could not go away. Finally. I have to print my state tax files and using mail filling

Interface between interview mode and looking at the forms was easy and helpful. The download feature for my investments was quick and it had security features for my protection. The accuracy of the review process was spot on. This version of the software was compatible with my needs.

I completed my return without needing help from anyone. I was surprised when my returns were rejected. Evidently the government was still updating some information and was told to come back after 3/6. We'll see if they go through today. Sometimes there's a little confusion between my Intuit personal account and my business account for QuickBooks.

Problem with form 2210-I. I enterer AGI numbers, everything looks great, penalty is gone, save file ... Next time I go into TurboTax, the AGI numbers are gone and the penalty returns. I finally had to enter the numbers via a different avenue that I discovered via the internet - NOT TurboTax.

I thought that TT was more difficult to use this year. I especially had difficulty downloading Etrade tax forms. It simply didn't work. The download from C. Schwab was also difficult and I ended up doing it twice and ended up with redundancy with no amounts on the 2nd try. I then had to delete the empty 1099-int, 1099-div and 1099-B. The 1099-R didn't download several fields and consequently I then had to manually enter them (after it caught them on the error check). The rental property safe harbor QID doesn't seem to allow me to put all my rentals into 1 enterprise - why not?
