I rarely shop at Sam's without buying a rotisserie chicken. They are always just right, even if I have to wait for them to finish cooking and get packaged. There is just no comparison to the chickens in other grocery stores in quality, size or price.

The other day I got to the store late and chicken were all sold out. Rotisserie guy told me that he had broken the tensing chicken into specific portions lates. All thighs in one tray. Breast in another tray. It was an awesome idea! I hope he makes more of these available for the public! Kudos to him!!

It is difficult to beat this Sam's delight, rotisserie chicken made on site, get it hot, to go for just under $5. The flavor is excellent with the meat fresh and juicy. Sometimes I'll buy more for my freezer to my instapot for some awesome chicken stew or soup.

Great when they're cooked thoroughly. On one occasion I bought two and one was still raw on one side. It looked significantly more brown on one side than the other but I got it anyway thinking it would be fine, brought it home and started breaking it apart and it was still bloody on one side where the thigh connects. Good thing I bought two. Next time I'll make sure to choose one with even doneness.

They're huge and for 5 bucks they're hard to beat. The only problem is getting your hands on one. There never seems to be any ready when I'm there and if there is some ready it's like black Friday. Everybody's climbing over each other to get one like a mindless zombies. Good chicken though.

We get several meals off of this chicken. We love the flavoring. It's chicken and wings, then chicken salad, chicken enchiladas, or chicken spaghetti. Finally I boil the carcass with skin, pick the bones of more chicken, drain the broth, and make chicken and dumplings or noodles

I get this about twice or more a month and always look at the time prepared. It was recently completed so I got it. Unfortunately, this one was a little overcooked on the legs and I didn't noticed when I examined it. I didn't take it back, so it became cat food. My bad!

Bought 2. Made Chicken Chili for 14, used it twice for homemade chicken soup, used rest for chicken salad--made 3 sandwiches, used it on spinach salad twice, and still have enough leftover for at least 2 more sandwiches. The chicken is delicious, versatile, and at 4 pounds, a lot of chicken.

I always buy the chicken. But this time it was raw on bottom, dark meat. All four were way undercooked. I know sometimes they are pink but I threw mine away. My daughter cook hers in the oven but the white meat dried out by the time the dark meat cooked. My other daughter with two of the four chickens did not risk it with her kids and when she saw how raw they were she threw them out. It was like they did not turn while roasting. I think you need to check your ovens.

You can't buy a raw chicken for this price. We love sam's rotisserie chicken. It's great for a quick dinner, or when you have a recipe that requires cooked chicken, like buffalo dip, chicken atop a salad, or chicken Salad sandwiches. We eat high protein and these are great to have in the fridge even for a snack.
