Great Customer Service

Ella, my Hearing Aid Specialist has been very helpful in trouble shooting issues regarding my getting use to my hearing aids. He has changed the pads so they fit better in my eardrums, suggested I put baby oil on the pads to keep them from itching my eardrums, adjusted the wires so the pads stay in my eardrums and provided instructions to help me keep the hearing aid clean so it provides better clarity. He is always responsive to my calls and usually sets an appointment within a day or two. Ella's excellent customer service has been the main reason I keep coming back to Sam's Club for my hearing aid needs!

philmire, we wish they were, too! They tend not to be very effective after the dogs get ahold of them.
