Difficult to set up but once I did get it done, it has been printing well. I like the larger ink supply and ease of putting more ink into the printer.

Like the concept of no cartridges. Print quality is decent but notable consumption of ink when printing 4x6 photos. Have only used it so far for printing. I don’t have any experience with scanning yet.

I love it! I’ve been printing a ton and there is still a lot of ink left. If you’re printing a picture of something you want to be super high quality change the speed of the print in printer settings.

Printer produces very good prints. Easy to add ink and looking forward to the big cost reduction compared to the HP cartridge costs for my previous printer. Setup instructions are not very good.

This printer is great for multi-page one-sided print jobs. However, the fact that you have to manually do 2-sided prints, renders it less atractive a choice.

It worked great initially, then your're constantly having issues with printing, the wi-fi connection, errors, set up and software. You waste so many hours and time trying to configure this thing that it becomes such a headache!

I have used the Epson Eco tanks for years, but this particular one is the worst. It's not the best quality in the world. It's not very sturdy the ink they already had wouldn't work in it so that means I have to buy new bottles every time for this one and it only prints on one side of the page it won't flip it over and print on both sides. I really miss the paper feed and I'm just really unhappy with it. The print quality isn't near as good either do not buy it go to step up and buy a better product.

My husband bought one when his printer died and he raved about it especially the ecotank. When my printer gave up the ghost it was a no brainer to replace it with the same printer as my husband's. The ecotank is so easy to use and to replace ink. The price of the printer made it affordable. We are both happy with our purchases.

Setup was relatively easy, and this printer really saves on ink (and $). Well worth the initial investment with the price reduction at Sam’s. Only confusing thing is running out of paper. Once you reload the error message doesn’t go away until you push the print button. Otherwise, good print quality with several different settings.

Directions were easy to follow. This is my first EcoTank and I already prefer it to the old ink cartridges because the tank was so simple to fill. Copies print out quickly and are good quality. Since I made the choice to save money by not getting the printer that did 2-sided copies, I print multiple pages on one sheet whenever possible to save paper.
