This printer will randomly ONLY print in black and white only, despite all color being completely full - no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes cycling the power on and off somehow resets it, and sometimes it doesn't. All my print settings say color, all the head cleaning and nozzle checks come out perfect, but then it prints in Black and white again. MADDENING. When it prints in BW, the image is pretty crisp. When printing in color, it's a bit fuzzy. All in all, I would not recommend this printer.

I bought this printer because the ink allows me to print a large amount of pages, and being a homeschool parent l, we print a LOT. When it came time to print the curriculum there’s no option to print double sided pages. Had to scour the internet to find that it only supports manual duplex printing. So if you ever print double sided, I would not recommend this product!

Ordering online was very easy and shipping was fast. I had no problem at all with the setup using the app. It connected easily to my networked phones and computer. Everything was very straightforward. Filling the ink was very simple and clean. A small amount of ink was left in each bottle but after it completed the priming function there was room to pour that in, so no waste or storing the bottles was required. I deducted one star because when I registered the printer, the warranty dates were way off. I contacted tech support, and after supplying them with all of the documents that they requested they said that the dates had been corrected in their system but it would not show correctly on my account page. That makes no sense to me but I had bought the extended warranty so they can fight it out if necessary. One other negative note is the control screen is very tiny (a little larger than a postage stamp) and very hard to read. Aside from the warranty weirdness, I love the printer and how efficient it is with print quality and ink usage. It also scans and copies very well.

I will update this review in the future if the situation changes. My review is more related to the purchase process and the warranty registration of the printer. The literature with the printer indicated that a second year of warranty would be included when the product was registered. I received the printer on 1/12/24 and registered it on 1/13/24. Upon completing the registration, Epson indicated that the warranty began on 9/29/23, and that the free second year of the warranty was NOT included. This leads me to believe that the unit had been registered before (possibly a returned/refurbished unit). However, the box had NOT been opened previously and all packing appeared to be original. Currently working with Epson to sort this out. If the warranty isn't extended, as promised, it will be returned to Sam's Club for replacement/refund.

Very hard to set up. Tiny screen to try and navigate through setup. Don’t like that I can only scan one document at at time. Takes forever. I would not have purchased this printer if I knew these things prior to purchasing. My HP all in one, which I had for 12 years was a much better printer. I don’t care how much I save on the ink, it’s not worth it.

I had my college age son set this up - he never tested it - by the time I got around to needing it it didn’t work & it’s too late to return. Tried all the online fixes. Literally no ink at all on test sheets - goes through the motions- zip! Help!!! Too late to take back

Ok, love the tank. It's been more than a year and still on the first fill. Other than that it is extremely blah. Does not do any pictures well. Pictures are grainy, colors are muted, and it randomly cuts them off. I cannot print out a full clip art no matter where I put it in the document. It doesn't print the size I have created as it prints out much larger and then cuts it off. I end up creating a custom graphic that has masses of white space on each side just to get a full graphic. I can copy 2 graphics side by side in a text box and the first one will print where I put it and the size I make it but the second will be larger and offset usually lower and to the right and cut off in both directions. Sand this stupid form won't let me add an image though it shows the ability to. Plus they automatically sign you up for their email spam. Never buying an epson again!

This is my third eco tank epson printer and had I purchased this one first it would have been my last. Five weeks old and has an error code saying the waste ink tank is full. Will not print when I need it. My last Epson I printed over 20,000 copies before it did this. This one has 1800 and now does not work. As for the tank of ink printing 30,000 pages ,only way that will happen is if you print one word on each page because in 1800 pages I have refilled every tank 3 times . They should also be forced to tell you that there is a limit to how many pages these printers are good for because each one has told me I reached max limit of pages I could print and none of them came close to the 30,000 they claim one tank of ink will do before they broke

I have owned this all in one printer for few weeks now. The print quality is excellent. An I do not miss cartridge's in my old printer. But the scanner is a joke. Its SLOWWWW as can be and after ever page or two I get error message. I have tried everything recommended to fix the scan error issue and its still happening. So would not recommend if you want it to scan alot.

Not impressed. I bought this a week ago to serve as a part time backup printer for those times I want to get some work done from the lake house. First, I want to say it does work as advertised. But there are at least 3 drawbacks I have already encountered. 1. The information screen is postage stamp tiny; unreadable without using reading glasses from 6" and an additional light source. 2. It can only copy 1 page at a time; If you have a 3 page document, you have to feed each page in separately. 3. It does not print two-sided. Again, it is a functional printer - but barely.
