This printer is great. No more cartridges! Tanks are easy to fill.

It has difficulty communicating with older computers and OS, I had to try to connect to the printer every time my wife tried to use it. We gave up shortly and returned it.

Doesn’t print a lot at a time since paper holder holds a small amount of paper. Doesn’t print on both sides. You have to reinsert to get it to print on both sides. Those two reasons alone makes it useless for me as a teacher. I regret this purchase.

Great product and easy to install, only thing I don't care for doesn't hold enough paper for what I need, constantly needing to fill. Just started so anxious to see if the ink last like they say.

Printer is already saving me money on ink. Only complaint i have, is i didnt realize i couldnt print both sides before i bought it... or i would have went with a different model

Super nice printer. Long lasting ink. Don’t have to constantly buy black ink for a few sheets of printing. This printer prints a lot of sheets. Happy I purchased it.

What printer doesn't print double-sided?!?! I wish this would have been written clearly in the description. I thought double-sided printing was the standard. I'm stuck with a printer I simple can't use because of substantial waste and cost of paper! So crazy!

We got this printer because we weren’t getting much out of our old ink printer. We were replacing cartridges all the time for only printing 20 pages it seemed. This printer has already been well worth it with color and black and white. You can input any size paper and so far, the ink has lasted. We printed postcards for my husbands business and they look amazing! So happy with this purchase.

I tried to download but I could not. Then I called support center and they said that “ our specialist will call you”, but no one call back to me from Epson so far. I will return it and will chose different companies one. I do not recommend for Mac user.

Beware that when you buy this printer. Be ready to type in your Wifi password at a minimum of 1,000 times. As you will type it in correctly and it will tell you that it is "set up" but it is NOT. You will go to print something using the WiFi connection and it wouldn't be actually connected to the WiFi. So you will repeat this step another 999 more times. Then every time you need to update...you can start over with that WiFi set up again. GRRRRRRRRRR....
