Easy to set up and full with ink! Print quality is great for flyers and basic printing. I am excited about the eco tank since cartridges never seemed to last long before they either dried out or ran out in my past Epson printers. Very simple to fill the ink as well.

Our granddaughter needed a printer, her birthday is coming up and I have an Epson Tank Printer. She happen to come out to use our printer, so the wife looked at me and Anna got her birthday present early! She took it home and set up was a breeze. She printed the her project and the printer performed exceptionally good, fast and with a perfect result! She’s an event coordinator and needs good/easy printer performance!! The price was very good too!!

Love it so far, I've only had it a couple of weeks but ink seems to be holding up well. Prints with bright color as expected. I like that you can see the ink level. Set up was easy was afraid I'd get ink on me but was easy to do with stopper tops on bottles.

After getting tired of paying tons for ink cartridges we decided to give this printer a try. Debated between this one and the less expensive unit, and we're glad we went with this model for its extra features and bonus ink bottles. Set up was pretty easy and it works great with our Chromebooks, Windows laptop, and iPhone. I have not used it a lot but from what little I did, it worked great with really fast speed and great quality. I would highly recommend this printer.

Still new but happy thus far. Print quality is good. The scanner looses a little resolution when scanning some documents. The system for filling the ink worked very well. Uses a lot of ink to charge the system, (instructions said to be expected). Happy with the speed of the printer and print quality. Was pretty easy to connect to our WiFi, 2 computers and smart phone. Good value for the money.

Replacement printer for one that died. Prints clearly and am loving how easy it is fill ink tanks. Haven’t tried printing photos yet. My only drawback is the screen is very small

Very nice printer easy to work. being able to connect your phone to it via WiFi makes printing even easier. The eco tank is great was able to fill up and still have ink left. Plus you get more black ink which is great. Replacement ink isn’t costly either.

Printer setup is easy and printer works great. Upon registering the printer Epson assigned a warranty expiration date about 6 months from my purchase date. It took 5 phone calls and 4 emails to get them to update the warranty expiration date to one year (Sam's Club add says it has a two year warranty). So now I'm back to running circles in the Epson support system to get the warranty expiration date corrected to 2 years from purchase date. If I had know how much effort this has taken I would've bought a printer from a different manufacturer!!!!

Not my best decision on a printer. Epson's app won't load onto my Windows 11 HP laptop so I can't take advantage of all the features. I can't scan multiple pages; each page is a separate file. The LED display is too small to read without a magnifier glass and text is sometimes vague on instructions. I plan to return it for a refund and purchase a printer from HP.

Absolute garbage. After six months, all ink jets got clogged and after numerous attempts to clean them, the best I got was a poor black print. Too bad we can't do zero stars. And unfortunately this is out of warranty and Epson customer service has never been known to be any good. MInd you, I have been a Sams member since 1991. I think I will just bring this to my local club and drop it on the customer service desk. May somebody will be able to do something. But lesson learned, if you are looking for an ink tank printer, look at a different brand.
