I have used the Epson Eco tanks for years, but this particular one is the worst. It's not the best quality in the world. It's not very sturdy the ink they already had wouldn't work in it so that means I have to buy new bottles every time for this one and it only prints on one side of the page it won't flip it over and print on both sides. I really miss the paper feed and I'm just really unhappy with it. The print quality isn't near as good either do not buy it go to step up and buy a better product.

Surprisingly easy to set up using smart phone and computer. Nice looking printer and easy to use software. The only downside is the really tiny digital screen that is hard to read when using the menu on the printer. Ink is very easy to fill and pretty foolproof.

Directions were easy to follow. This is my first EcoTank and I already prefer it to the old ink cartridges because the tank was so simple to fill. Copies print out quickly and are good quality. Since I made the choice to save money by not getting the printer that did 2-sided copies, I print multiple pages on one sheet whenever possible to save paper.

This is my second purchase of this printer. One for office and one for home. Love everything about it. I used to be an HP only fan, then Brother, til I met Epson Ecotank. The ink lasts and lasts. No more HP expensive cartridges or crazy cartridge subscriptions. No more Brother expensive laser cartridges replacements. I found nothing complicated with the setup. For the Cricut people, this printer does great print and cut as well as stickers!

This printer is a pain in the butt. Hate it! Every time you change the paper size and print, the PRINTER will prompt you if you want to proceed and to confirm the paper sizer. It is a huge pain and requires you to push 2 buttons on the printer before it will print, if the paper size changes. So, if your printer is under your desk, or not on your desk, you have to get up and go push those 2 buttons. Complete pain, and total waste of my time. Can you imagine every time you select a different paper size to print, you have to go push 2 buttons on the printer to confirm!! Sush a pain. Why not prompt the person on the monitor instead of the printer. AND the font is way to small on the printer!!!

So fAr, My New 🖨️ is functioning just fine. Of course I’m still learning how everything works..
