Super nice printer. Long lasting ink. Don’t have to constantly buy black ink for a few sheets of printing. This printer prints a lot of sheets. Happy I purchased it.

Printer is already saving me money on ink. Only complaint i have, is i didnt realize i couldnt print both sides before i bought it... or i would have went with a different model

Great product and easy to install, only thing I don't care for doesn't hold enough paper for what I need, constantly needing to fill. Just started so anxious to see if the ink last like they say.

My older HP would not connect with my new T Mobile Wi-Fi service due to security issues so I opted to try the Epsom because of the price and the fact it has tanks, and not cartridges. I have not been disappointed. It was easy to set up, easy to fill, came with extra ink and so far has done everything I have asked of it. It was an easy set up on my laptop as well as my phone so it is two thumbs up from me.

After eleven years, our multi-use printer finally gave out. I searched for a comparable printer from another manufacturer to 1) get some relief from expensive and monopolistic ink cartridges and 2) avoid printer initiated self-checking process which became frequent, lengthily and annoying. I selected the Epson ET-2840 all-in-one Ink Tank printer, and the initial physical setup was easy; however, gone are the days when one could enter a command to "install/add a new printer". This printer requires downloading software, possibly up-date firmware, connect Wi-Fi for laptop via smart phone instructions. All of this for a home use printer seemed overwhelming, so I contacted a family member, who is computer savvy with technical experience, for assistance. This proved valuable as the process was successful without incidences and was completed in a reasonable time. To-date, everything is functioning perfectly with good speed and quality using less ink. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase of the Epson Ink Tank Printer.

I’ve been eyeing this line of Epson Printers and am sorry I didn’t purchase one sooner. Easy to set up, great print quality, and ink usage with EcoTank has saved me so much money. As a home user I’ve printed on paper, labels and printable business cards with no problem. Easy to print from phone.

We got this printer because we weren’t getting much out of our old ink printer. We were replacing cartridges all the time for only printing 20 pages it seemed. This printer has already been well worth it with color and black and white. You can input any size paper and so far, the ink has lasted. We printed postcards for my husbands business and they look amazing! So happy with this purchase.

This printer will not print on both sides of the paper automatically. You have to take each sheet out and reload it to get the backside printed. Too much trouble. spend a little more and save yourself the hassle. I do like the idea of the ink tanks instead of the cartridges. My last Epson printer lasted 11 years. I don’t think I will keep this one very long.

So far I've been very pleased with the printer. I had no problems setting it up and it's been working very well. Would have liked it to include the automatic feed but for the price difference I can do without it. I'm giving this a 4 as I haven't had it long enough to verify the ink usage which is the main reason I purchased it.

Very disappointed in Sams Club obvious misleading customers on the special edition 2840 printer. I purchased twice with both times receiving the wrong item. The special edition with 2 free bottles of black ink is advertised but both in store and shipping orders I placed, the standard version of the 2840 was received. I even complained both on line and in store but Sams continues to sell the standard version and not the advertised SE version. The SE version is clearly marked on the picture in the ad. The item sent is the product that's been sitting on the shelf for a long time. Not the SE version. If your going to send out the out dated standard version at least send extra ink to compensate
