I have used the printer 4 times since buying it, and every time it makes me go through a maintenance cycle before printing. It says that it didn't shut down properly.

Very satisfied with the printer. Completely surprised with the amount of ink included with the printer, you can print 5000 pages of color a d three times that in black without adding ink. Definately worth the little more it costs.

This printer is very slow in printing, so if u are in a hurry, forget it. Also after one year, it prints everything in pink!! And it has plenty of ink in the cartridges!!

Setup was relatively easy, and this printer really saves on ink (and $). Well worth the initial investment with the price reduction at Sam’s. Only confusing thing is running out of paper. Once you reload the error message doesn’t go away until you push the print button. Otherwise, good print quality with several different settings.

Directions were easy to follow. This is my first EcoTank and I already prefer it to the old ink cartridges because the tank was so simple to fill. Copies print out quickly and are good quality. Since I made the choice to save money by not getting the printer that did 2-sided copies, I print multiple pages on one sheet whenever possible to save paper.

We purchased this printer a few months ago. It's one of the best printers we ever purchased. Connecting to the Printer was a slam dunk. Now let's get to the one thing I don't like about the printer. It doesn't do 2 sides. (which I know is my fault lol) I looked at so many printers that I got them confused. But all in all its till a great printer.

My husband bought one when his printer died and he raved about it especially the ecotank. When my printer gave up the ghost it was a no brainer to replace it with the same printer as my husband's. The ecotank is so easy to use and to replace ink. The price of the printer made it affordable. We are both happy with our purchases.

This printer is great for home use. My previous printer used too much ink and it ran out quickly. This Epson printer comes with a generous amount of ink, which lasts a long time. I saw some bad reviews and was skeptical but I am so happy I went with this printer. The best part is that ink refills are much more affordable compared to other brands.

Seems like a good printer. Easy to set up, fill, and use. Lots of nice apps and software available for PC, android, etc. This is the second Eco Tank I've attempted to buy. I ordered the first through WalMart and when I received it, the box had a very moldy, musky, damp smell to it and the printer did not function. I returned it no problem and waited for another deal/sale. Saw this one and then our other printer died, so I decided to pick it up. This time using Sam's pickup service. I'm not kidding when I say that althought this printer is a different model and color (still Eco Tank), it did have a musky, wet smell as well that seemed to come from the printer as well as the box! So, I was worried that the same issues would occur, but as of yet, they have not. In fact, I've had it for less than a month and have used it to scan, copy and print. All worked just fine. I recommend it.

Surprisingly easy to set up using smart phone and computer. Nice looking printer and easy to use software. The only downside is the really tiny digital screen that is hard to read when using the menu on the printer. Ink is very easy to fill and pretty foolproof.
