Old printer was Epson and 13 yrs old . Decided to stick with same brand . Unboxed , skimmed quickly the directions to set up and downloaded the set up app from the QR code . So easy and connected right away . Ran all test sheets and prints from my files or photos easily with no issues at all . Clear print and no smears . Love it already and only been set up 3 hrs . Extra bonus of ink is worth it . Easy fill ink tank is a feature I already like .

Ordering online was very easy and shipping was fast. I had no problem at all with the setup using the app. It connected easily to my networked phones and computer. Everything was very straightforward. Filling the ink was very simple and clean. A small amount of ink was left in each bottle but after it completed the priming function there was room to pour that in, so no waste or storing the bottles was required. I deducted one star because when I registered the printer, the warranty dates were way off. I contacted tech support, and after supplying them with all of the documents that they requested they said that the dates had been corrected in their system but it would not show correctly on my account page. That makes no sense to me but I had bought the extended warranty so they can fight it out if necessary. One other negative note is the control screen is very tiny (a little larger than a postage stamp) and very hard to read. Aside from the warranty weirdness, I love the printer and how efficient it is with print quality and ink usage. It also scans and copies very well.

I have owned this printer for some time. It is one of the very best peripheral purchases I have ever made. It has saved me a fortune in ink and the quality of the print is very good. The printer does not use the ink up quickly in the tanks as one might imagine. Should this printer fail, I wil most certainly purchase another. I was NOT a fan of Epson before this printer. Epson gladly suprised me.

Wish Could Return, worst machine EVER, more time spent trying to get the chine to actually print than worth. Never works without restarting or reconfiguring. Print quality is great after the 215 minutes it takes to get the p o s to actually print from anything on a PC. Trying to airprint without the EPSON app does not work at all.

We purchased this printer a few months ago. It's one of the best printers we ever purchased. Connecting to the Printer was a slam dunk. Now let's get to the one thing I don't like about the printer. It doesn't do 2 sides. (which I know is my fault lol) I looked at so many printers that I got them confused. But all in all its till a great printer.

This printer does not print vibrant colors, it maxes out at a dull kind of washed out looking color. I've gone through all the troubleshooting and nothing fixes it. Any blue only gets to a medium-light color, no darker. I've owned cannon and HP printers before and never had an issue like this. Black print is fine but color is not.

This thing is slow to.print. bought it for our business and it is super slow. Now we have to find another. Good quality prints and the ink lasts longer than other, i can say that bit if you are in a time crunch for what your printing this is NOT the printer for you.

The printer has to be reset almost every print. It will tell you that it is the wrong paper every time, although it is the correct paper. You have to go through several steps to force it to print. The ink goes between bleeding, and not being there. I gave to clean the heads and reset any time I the prints to be semi presentable.

This is my third eco tank epson printer and had I purchased this one first it would have been my last. Five weeks old and has an error code saying the waste ink tank is full. Will not print when I need it. My last Epson I printed over 20,000 copies before it did this. This one has 1800 and now does not work. As for the tank of ink printing 30,000 pages ,only way that will happen is if you print one word on each page because in 1800 pages I have refilled every tank 3 times . They should also be forced to tell you that there is a limit to how many pages these printers are good for because each one has told me I reached max limit of pages I could print and none of them came close to the 30,000 they claim one tank of ink will do before they broke

I bought this printer because the ink allows me to print a large amount of pages, and being a homeschool parent l, we print a LOT. When it came time to print the curriculum there’s no option to print double sided pages. Had to scour the internet to find that it only supports manual duplex printing. So if you ever print double sided, I would not recommend this product!
