It has a very large capacity, and controls are user friendly and easy to understand. We like the Deep Fill setting and find our new washer is gentle and does a terrific job cleaning our clothes. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy this LG washer!

Simple knob function different modes of laundry setting or modes. There are push buttons for different speeds and how soiled your laundry is. I like the pleasant chime at the end of the load, kindly reminding me that my laundry is done. Pleasantly surprised by this purchase.

It is quiet, every wash comes out clean & fresh smelling, and water spins away so well that I do not have to dry as long. It has a gentle, pleasant chime at end of cycle - music to my ears! I am thankful to use liquid detergent again because this washer is so clean and efficient. I also love the "bedding" option which fills the washer with water over the top of my blankets and fluffy comforter.

With the glass lid, it's interesting to watch the different phases of operation as well as the water usage. Huge basket & the tall agitator are the perfect combo. For me, it was an upgrade to first-class. Well worth the price.

It is not as loud as some people say it is. The controls feel well made. And when it is finished spinning. oh my the cloth are half way dried, THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE THAT I MADE. You go LG

After a month of use, we are completely satisfied with this washer. My clothes look and smell fresher than our previous high efficiency other brand washer --using the same detergent. I love the deep wash feature and other options. It is also very quiet....and I love when it sings to me that my wash is finished!

I absolutely love this washer and all its features! The agitator really gets the clothes so much cleaner than models without! Just the right amount of choice’s of settings and the window in the lid is really nice when you just want to check on the load! The 10 year warranty is pretty great too!
