[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in October 2023. I absolutely love it! Very quiet and I love the smart technology. Tub much bigger than my other washer. This is my first LG and I will continue to buy LG in the future.

I've had this washer for a little over 3 years, and it has performed so well. My only issue (a me issue) was that I didn't know how to use all the functions for a few years in. I finally know how to soak the clothes without having the water drain too soon. The capacity is great, it's fairly quiet and cleans the clothes well. I like having an agitator, even though many washers don't have them any longer. Overall, great machine, great price, and still looks like brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer seems to wash clothes well even though it seems to be using less water for most loads. Getting used to "bells and whistles" that we didn't need but we're getting used to new features. Overall very happy with purchase.

It is also taller and skinnier than my previous model which is really nice as it takes up about 2” less space. It has a larger capacity. The other thing that is great is that it is super quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new washer to go with this model!

And with a 10 year warranty on the motor, it's a no brainer You won't be disappointed with this LG washer. Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with the dryer. It took me a little to adjust, ie you have to program everything and then power on. What I do like is the lock and also the pleasant chime when the washing is completed. Do not like where I have to put the softener - not all get dispensed and it becomes messy. Also since it weighs the load before it starts, I feel that there is not enough water to cover the clothes so ofter I have to manually program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for just over a year, and it’s just average. The normal cycle is way too low on the water even being an HE washer. I am having to use the deep wash cycle often because there is no medium level water cycle for warm/ hot washes unless you use delicate cold cycle. In normal cycle, the clothes often have dry spots because water is so low unless you have a very small load. Disappointed overall. Was happy with Previous LG washer, but this model was less than expected.

bought this model on the basis of reviews & cost constraint. Clothes for 1 yr old & construction worker very clean. As a senior I am still skeptical of the small water amount used in regular cycle. I am not seeing any saving in 3 months in water or electric usage

We bought this washer and dryer for our condo after moving in. Really pleased with how quiet it is but the washer doesn’t fill enough for me. There is a “deep fill” setting but that’s too much for a smaller load. I went online and found a hack. Now I pour pitchers of water on the clothes to make them heavier before turning on the machine. I wish there was a water level button.
