It’s so new I couldn’t believe with so little water and the agitation coming via directions and stop and go movements that it would clean my laundry. Glad to say it’s awesome and I feel like a new person having an up to date beautiful smart washer. Thanks LG for a grand appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like most everything about the washer, except for the tray. It is rather awkward to fill, has no markings to show how much detergent and softener to add, sometimes leaves water in the tray, and is very difficult to remove and put back in.

I have now had this washer for 4 months and it will do. I don't like the fact I cannot add water during the cycle because I'm not convinced all my clothes get wet during the wash cycle because of the water saving features. If you want the whole tub to fill you have to use the Deep Fill option or Deep Wash cycle. I don't understand why washers with more options are less expensive than the cut and dry models that you select load size- load type- water temperature- and hit start.

I've had this washer for a little over 3 years, and it has performed so well. My only issue (a me issue) was that I didn't know how to use all the functions for a few years in. I finally know how to soak the clothes without having the water drain too soon. The capacity is great, it's fairly quiet and cleans the clothes well. I like having an agitator, even though many washers don't have them any longer. Overall, great machine, great price, and still looks like brand new.

I was concerned about how little water it seems to use on a normal cycle, but everything comes out clean and the deep fill setting works great when needing a little more water for heavily soiled loads

I bought this machine a few weeks ago. It cleans the laundry better than the machine I had before and I credit the agitator and it moves the clothes better into the water. So far I haven't used the deep fill option because I can see that it all gets covered in water. My old machine without the agitator I would have clorhing that was on top not even wet when cycle was done. It operates quietly and I like the timer that shows how long the cycle will take and how much time is left.

bought this model on the basis of reviews & cost constraint. Clothes for 1 yr old & construction worker very clean. As a senior I am still skeptical of the small water amount used in regular cycle. I am not seeing any saving in 3 months in water or electric usage

Love the options & adjusts time on cycles depending size of load. 4 way agitator not like old agitators more a blend of impeller & agitator really liking it. Clothes clean no problems there. Only wished book was download - had to print pages needed to refer to as needed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer. It cleans well and is very quiet. only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a permanent press cycle. I figured a way to wash my permanent press clothes by adjusting the spin cycle on the Normal setting. It is working fine that way.

Honestly I like my old fashioned dial washer but...I am getting used to the new technology and absolutely love my LG washer. I love the large capacity it has and really love how clean my laundry is now a ND the great efficiency. Would I buy LG again, ABSOLUTELY!!!
