[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought washing would be so pleasant. Can't believe how little water is used to wash any size load. The automatic sensing of the wash load weight is amazing. The clothes and such come out clean! Who knew less water works! Great for lessening water use and the environment in general.

We purchased our LG washing machine a couple of months ago. I absolutely love it. Fascinating to watch the various cycles; uses a good amount of water to actually clean the clothes, and has all of the features I needed. I prefer the agitator style machine; never felt clothes were really clean with our previous one that used a minimal amount of water and no agitator. My only problem is that I am short and it’s kind of a “stretch” to get the laundry out of the bottom of the tub - no fault of the machine. I did not receive this product free for a promotion.

Bit of a learning curve for me with the control panel. Also at 5'3", it is a bit of a reach into the drum. But I got a step to help me. Definitely satisfied with LG's products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer to replace my old one I was skeptical at first with all the electronics but once I’ve used it a few times I love it I love the lis you can see right down in the wash I sit and watch it spin

Seems to work all right. Not convinced it uses enough water without using the deep fill option. The wash cycles are _long_. 1.5-2 hours long. Also, the discharge hose is too short and on the wrong side. We had to install the machine sideways. LG, why is the hose so short? Why did you glue it on so that a longer one can't be added later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a whirlpool washer for about 25 years. Things have changed since then. Still getting used to not using near as much water for each wash, but loads are clean when done. I love the timer. I can start it and know when I need to come back to unload it. I also like that when it gets unbalanced it will shut down and unlock the lid so you can spread the items around and start it back up unlike the old one trying to walk out into the den. Hope to have this for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine and am so gad I did. My clothes seems much cleaner and brighter. My old machine didn't have an agitator and I think that makes all the difference in how clean our clothes are. I would recommend this washer to anyone

This is the only new washing machine I have ever bought. I am amazed at how clean my clothes are getting much cleaner. Even my older clothes that were washed in my old washer are getting cleaner. It is also extremely quiet. I would recommend this washer to anyone, it was a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washing machine for over a month and it has been used a lot! I have never owned a machine with such a large tub! It’s so cute when it plays the little jingle when the wash cycle is completed! I only wish there was a way to have a deep wash on the delicate setting. I love the deep wash as I feel the clothes get cleaner when they have more water to slosh around in! Plus I am used to that. Love this machine!
