Very happy to have have this washer. Our Fisher Paykel gave up the ghost after 23 years. It was direct drive and we wanted a similar replacement. LG filled the bill, and more! The control panel is better with many more options than we could imagine. With direct drive the clothes are almost dry wich allows the dryer to work less, saving energy and money. I highly recommend this washer!

I am so sorry I purchased this machine. Bought it because I could reach bottom to remove items. It is extremely noisy. My delicate load came out quite damp on medium spin cycle requiring 120 min. of the LG dryer to dry them. Has very limited choices, no soak cycle. I have nothing good to say about this machine or the accompanying dryer. Very disappointed as I have many LG appliances I really love.

I do not use all features included but rather the basics and the results meet my expectations of a good washing machine. It holds its own when load gets a little out of balance and it cleans clothes well using less water - all wins for me. Good job!

If I knew then, what I know now, I would not have purchased this model. "Dual agitation" is very misleading. The only way to get your clothes clean is to use the "Max Fill" option for your water level. I tried letting the machine do its thing with out using max fill and when I went to remove my clothes, some of yhe items had areas that weren't even wet. As I pulled the load out, where the cothes had folds in them from the action of the machine there was soil in tue folds of the clothes that the machine created while "washing" them. I probably could have done better myself with a washing board and the Oklahoma River. Another thing I do not care for is "cold only" for you choice of rinse temperature. And it senses that the load is off balance, it wants to fill the tub again and run another rinse cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this machine a little over a month ago and have not been happier! I find that it is a great quality. It senses the load so you don't have to have a water setting that's too high. It accommodates bulky items and waterproof items!

The washer has a glass top and my husband and I like to watch it weighing the clothes and watching the wash start. The machine is quiet and no vibration. Very little programming . It's power on, cycle selection, and start. I like it so much that I purchased a LG refrigerator 6/25/23 when my refrig broke down. In fact, all my son's appliances are LG, and I love the appearance of them and how reliable they are. I don't advise my stove and microwave to break down.

I like this washer. It is very quiet. The spin cycle is extremely efficient to the point of cutting my dryer time down by half a cycle. I like the window lid so I can see what is going on. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is we are rural and our water is from a well. If my water pressure is low the washer error codes and I cannot skip to the next function. I have to restart from the beginning. I have learned to space out my wash loads to wait for the well pump to get back up to pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a washing machine could be so quiet! Now I can do laundry at odd times without worrying about the noise keeping family awake. And the size of the tub holds more than I even thought it would when I was buying it which means doing less loads and the best thing is how well it cleans everything. The test was a bunch of garage towels and rags that were pretty filthy and when they came out there were no dirty stains left, even on the rags used to polish furniture. It is energy efficient and water saving and I am looking forward to many years of service with it!

When washing one of the heavier throw rugs (2' x 3') it gets off balance in the spin where my prior washer did not. This is my 2nd HE washer and it seems to me that they do not rinse well. Anything that has outdoor grass or dirt with it -- it is all still there at completion and then in the dryer to make a mess when the dryer door is opened.
