[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer have got to be at least double the size of my previous one. I was able to fit so many clothes in and still had room to spare. There are a lot of features that I have still yet to figure out. I like that you can see in the top to see how it's working.

So this time we decided to go “simple and easy,” and we’re delighted! It does everything the “fancy ones” did, but it’s so easy and efficient… we love it!

It has features that make much more sense than my old washer had and I have used most of them. The cleaning feature of the washer makes so much sense! Why has nobody thought of this before. I find myself taking much better care of this machine than my last and expect it to last much longer. I have not yet connected it to my iPhone but plan to have my son help with that next time he is here. Love that concept because my washer is at the far end of my house. Thank you, LG!

Purchased this Dec 30th 2021 so it isn’t a year old. It has vibrated and made scraping sounds since the start. I thought it may be normal but as time went on the sound got worse. Called for repair and 1st repair person said it was the bearing and isn’t economical to repair it. Have LG service man coming tomorrow to confirm

This is the only new washing machine I have ever bought. I am amazed at how clean my clothes are getting much cleaner. Even my older clothes that were washed in my old washer are getting cleaner. It is also extremely quiet. I would recommend this washer to anyone, it was a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG for its warranty on the motor. Can't beat 10 years! It works great! I can even watch it through the glass lid! It plays a little music on start up and when done, that is so cute! I wonder who thought of that.

I owned an LG washer for 13 years it finally went out. I bought this model, the first one washed one time and then it wouldn’t spin anymore. They brought me another one, the second one had water coming out the back hose., both washers were defective. Now I have no washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the washing machine close to a month. Not really liking the settings on the washing machine it takes up to 60-75 min or more for each setting. Spinning is way to long. I think the settings need to be renamed because when it comes to washing jeans or any other garments I wouldn’t want to put it on bedding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so easy to use. Has a giant wash tub. And is incredibly quiet. It has all the wash options you will ever need. I am amazed with the self balance feature. I also love the timer which let's you see how much time is left in your cycle. The spin cycles really extract the water. I am telling you, this washer has cut my laundry time in half. I bought the washer with the see through lid. It is awesome. I enjoy watching it self balance. If you are on the fence about a washer get this one. I read the reviews, LG was the winner.

There were some complaints about it not filling up properly, but I put all loads on deep wash and have no problem.
