[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a front load that broke. I knew I wanted to go back to top load. I was skeptical about buying a washer with an agitator. However, the agitator is fine. I didn't want to spend a fortune, or have all kinds of fancy features. The washer has great feature settings. Just what I need and wanted. The drum is a good size for average loads. The only downside to the washer is that it doesn't fiil with enough water with average to larger loads unless you set it to the deep wash setting. The warranty on this washer is great also. Overall I am satisfied with this washing machine!

The spin cycle is very efficient, which saves me electricity for my dryer. The washer machine is easy to understand the different cycles that are available. I have loved using my new washer! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new LG washer for three weeks and I LOVE it! Easy to use, and the best part is that it has an actual agitator, that keeps my wash moving, while it’s being cleaned! I won’t mention the brand of my previous washer, but it only lasted 13 MONTHS, and then it took 7 WEEKS to get them to replace it, when I had a 5 year maintenance agreement on that machine ! The sensors in my new LG machine seem to be much better in reading the clothes, and keeping loads balanced, for a better wash and rinse. I used the special sensor cleaners once a month, as recommended, in my previous machine, before it “died “ , and I plan to keep up with that on my new LG. Thank goodness I’m done with 20 mile round trips to the laundromat 5 times a week!! Thank you LG !!

I purchased my clothes washer inNovember. Ever sinceI got it the softner holder that would not empty all of the water after the cycle ended. I finally got a company to come out He informed me I was over loading the washer I argued with him that it was not correct to only put in two bath towels when I only had four towels to wash He said the washer would not work right if I did otherwise. He put in the new laundry and softner holder and did not check the cycle. The owners manual read that not to put the clothes up over the bottom of the top of the agitator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this machine doesn’t waste water filling up the tub on small loads. I use the delayed wash feature so the load is finishing as I wake up in the morning and clothes are dry before I leave for work. Very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the washer spins the load to get it placed in the tub properly and then calculates how much water will be needed to do the wash. The spin after the final rinse really gets the wash “wrung out” well which reduces dryer time.

It replaced my Maytag that we bought in 2018 so was not happy that I already had to get a new washer. I luv the agitator & the water levels. In 2020 we bought a LG refrigerator & stove so thought try the washer.

Honestly I like my old fashioned dial washer but...I am getting used to the new technology and absolutely love my LG washer. I love the large capacity it has and really love how clean my laundry is now a ND the great efficiency. Would I buy LG again, ABSOLUTELY!!!

This is the first LG appliance that I purchased and owned The washing machine is so good, I’m already exploring purchasing a new LG dishwasher. This new washing machine is really quite, the features are great and easy to use. This unit will save money on my electric and water bills, and will also lower the usage of my dryer. So happy I decided on LG.
