[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our unit for less than a month. It is our first new washer in over 10 years. There is a little bit of a learning curve but the manuals included help us through the process. An opinion we have is that it will probably help our water bill since it appears to use less water as the size of the load seems to adjust the water used. Also, the spin feature seems to extract more water from clothes prior to drying. While we did have a few disappointments with our vendor, this is not a reflection on LG. Would definitely recommend.

After a month of use, we are completely satisfied with this washer.  My clothes look and smell fresher than our previous high efficiency other brand washer --using the same detergent.
I love the deep wash feature and other options.  It is also very quiet....and I love when it sings to me that my wash is finished!

I can looked and see how many minutes are left in each load.  It cleans the clothes well.  I am happy with it.  I bought it around two or three months ago.

Very quiet

This is the only new washing machine I have ever bought. I am amazed at how clean my clothes are getting much cleaner. Even my older clothes that were washed in my old washer are getting cleaner. It is also extremely quiet. I would recommend this washer to anyone, it was a great investment.

Love the options & adjusts time on cycles depending size of load. 4 way agitator not like old agitators more a blend of impeller & agitator  really liking it. Clothes clean no problems there. Only wished book was download  - had to print pages needed to refer to as needed .

Simple and easy…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a whirlpool washer for about 25 years. Things have changed since then. Still getting used to not using near as much water for each wash, but loads are clean when done. I love the timer. I can start it and know when I need to come back to unload it. I also like that when it gets unbalanced it will shut down and unlock the lid so you can spread the items around and start it back up unlike the old one trying to walk out into the den. Hope to have this for a long time.

The service was poor, the call where the Rep asked me to email a picture of the serial and model number she was helpful, however before that the service wasn't helpful at all. Noew that Representative Faith is helping me the service is excellent however I still need help determining the washing machine's condition.

This has been the worse dryer I have bought. It does not clean very well. The clothes don't smell great after going through the wash (I am using the same detergent I used with my old one). Also the water will not go hot. There is a setting for hot water on the washer but it only comes out warm. The company states that this is because it is "energy efficient". It would be nice to be able to have hot water during the load. 
So if you are looking for a washing machine that cleans your clothes. Choose another one.
