It came 2 days later than promised. Delivery team damaged it while installing and took it back. Nobody either in Sam's Club customer service or in LG department can give me answer when issue will be resolved.

Love the options & adjusts time on cycles depending size of load. 4 way agitator not like old agitators more a blend of impeller & agitator really liking it. Clothes clean no problems there. Only wished book was download - had to print pages needed to refer to as needed .

I have also noticed that when clothes are finished the higher spin speed really gets the clothes . This means drying time is greatly reduced.Looking forward to many years of use

I absolutely love this washer and all its features! The agitator really gets the clothes so much cleaner than models without! Just the right amount of choice’s of settings and the window in the lid is really nice when you just want to check on the load! The 10 year warranty is pretty great too!

So this time we decided to go “simple and easy,” and we’re delighted! It does everything the “fancy ones” did, but it’s so easy and efficient… we love it!

I'm thrilled with the larger drum. However, I am really disappointed in the dispensing mechanism for detergent. I cannot use my liquid with my Borax additive which is powder. My 7th Generation detergent does not come in a powder form. I'm searching for alternatives. Additionally, when you add the softener it drips out onto clothes leaving spots, another thing I DO NOT like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for just over a year, and it’s just average. The normal cycle is way too low on the water even being an HE washer. I am having to use the deep wash cycle often because there is no medium level water cycle for warm/ hot washes unless you use delicate cold cycle. In normal cycle, the clothes often have dry spots because water is so low unless you have a very small load. Disappointed overall. Was happy with Previous LG washer, but this model was less than expected.

Very quiet in comparison to my last one. It washes the clothes really great. No lint left on them. Despite its energy efficiency it appears to draw enough water that you can actually see the clothes are under water. Last machine I had the clothes looked dry. Really happy and satisfied with my purchase and have to say impressed with LG! Highly recommend it and if you like a snappy tune, each cycle ends with music! Love it!!!
