I really like this new washer! Although, I feel it doesn't fill with enough water. I've watched it and have seen where some articles never get wet, this is on the normal cycle. I know that it conserves water. The salesperson did tell me that if I wanted more water, to press the auto fill button. When I did that, the tub totally filled with more water than was needed. I'm still getting used to it. thanks!

This is the only new washing machine I have ever bought. I am amazed at how clean my clothes are getting much cleaner. Even my older clothes that were washed in my old washer are getting cleaner. It is also extremely quiet. I would recommend this washer to anyone, it was a great investment.

HAD TO MOVE THE WASHER OUT A FEW INCHES AND THE FRONT FOOT FELL OFF - MUST HAVE BEEN BAD PLASTIC OR BUMPED IN TRANSIC TO HOME DEPOT. CALLED FOR REPLACEMENT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS PART OF THE WHOLE BOTTOM PANEL COSTING $100S OF DOLLARS. WASHER HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PICKY AND SHOWS ERROR CODES ALL THE TIME. ON-OFF AND WORKS FINE. HAVE TO STAND NEXT TO IT FOR FIVE MINUTES TO MAKE SURE IT STARTS WITHOUT ERROR CODES. MY PREVIOUS WASHER DRYER WAS LG AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS

Each of them had performance issues, not cleaning satisfactorily, loads getting off balance, noise. Decided after reading Consumer Reports to try the LG. It is the best washing machine I’ve ever used. Quiet, cleans clothes, never off balance, easy to program. Thanks for a quality washing machine.

The washer automatically adjusts the time needed to wash and gives a nice digital readout of time remaining. The clear lid is a nice feature to see what is happening. The large capacity helps to reduce loads, but don’t overfill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first purchase of any LG product and I am soooo happy I made this purchase of the WT7005CW washer. It is very quiet, easy to use and adjusts the wash load according to the setting selected and when the cycle is completed it even plays a melody chime tone. I also love the glass top and lets me see how energy efficient it is with the water usage level. I will be purchasing more LG products in the future. I am very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for just over a year, and it’s just average. The normal cycle is way too low on the water even being an HE washer. I am having to use the deep wash cycle often because there is no medium level water cycle for warm/ hot washes unless you use delicate cold cycle. In normal cycle, the clothes often have dry spots because water is so low unless you have a very small load. Disappointed overall. Was happy with Previous LG washer, but this model was less than expected.

I just love my new washer, the tub is huge, it is easy to use has wonderful features and my clothes come out clean! I have not owned an LG appliance prior to this but I will definitely be looking into LG for future purchases. I also bought the matching dryer. Easy to use does a great job! All in all an 11 out of 10
