RD clutch failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 2 years ago & then the RD clutch failed probably because I put a heavy rug in washer without anything else. Overall I’m happy with my washer!

Very happy with all features!

Happy so far.

Piece of Garbage

Piece of garbage…leaves terrible white streaks on dark clothing,doesn’t spin water out.Clothes come out soaking wet.If zero stars were a choice to rate, I would have given this zero stars.

Easy to use

Quality & Performance

Have owned product for 15 months, and the control panel labels are wearing off. Poor quality. Machine leaves lint residue on clothing, especially dark clothing. Poor performance. I can't believe unit does not have a user cleanable filter.

Works great!

Have had this washer for about two weeks and it works great. The first time I kept looking in the window to see what it was doing. Was surprised at how little water it seemed to use. It took months for me to decide what to buy, but I knew I wanted an LG, and so far am pleased.
