Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old machine was no longer spinning clothes dry. LG had great reviews on Consumer Report website. No issues and easy to show 80 year old mother-in-law how to use.

Quality & Performance

Have owned product for 15 months, and the control panel labels are wearing off. Poor quality. Machine leaves lint residue on clothing, especially dark clothing. Poor performance. I can't believe unit does not have a user cleanable filter.

Very happy with all features!

Stay away from LG

Do not buy from LG directly. I am waiting a month for a washer. They say it's lost but keep telling me to wait. They will not help.

Overfilling and wont drain or spin

Same title, water wont cut off. Ran tub over into floor. Waited on shipping to get a LQ and not even one load.

I really miss my broken down Fisher & Paykel

It does not seem to get discharge my birch seeds with the wash water, or the rinse water. I have never had so much "stuff" left behind in any washer.
