[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is not enough water to wash the clothes. Why are you not given the option of size of loads. The sensor cannot be working properly...there is so little water. In order to get more water you have to put it on deep fill...which then gives too much water. Very disappointed!!!

I exchanged our LG impeller model for this agitator version because it wasn’t getting clothes clean. This one STILL DOESN’T CLEAN!! There is always visible dirt left in our socks and visible/smellable deodorant left in undershirts. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps; there is nothing broken or dirty or clogged, and I use the proper amount of detergent. I‘ve watched the cycle through the clear lid and found that even with the agitator and using different cycles (yes, “heavy duty” too), the clothes get moved around in one lump. This is bad bad bad engineering. It’s either that the size of the agitator paddles are too small for the size of the drum, or the agitation pattern isn’t correct to properly move the clothes around each other. I’m so upset with these LG washers!

My old washing machine kept breaking down, and I was done fixing it. So I did some research and found out LG had the best ratings, so I went and looked at one. It had a ten year warranty on it, and happened to be on sale. I like it. So we baught it. We have had for a month now and have been very happy with it. It doesn't use as much water as my old washing machine and hoping to see are water bill go down. It also spins better, so my dryer doesn't work as hard. Very satisfied so far.

Thanks for the manual .... All cycles ,different settings , plus errors some stuff not covered .... Trial and error ...You’ll hopefully get it ..... Love the LARGE TUB .....just don’t overfill ........

On the very first load I washed, the machine could not balance the load and the drum banged against the side. It kept stopping filling up and agitating to try to fix this by itself. It never could completely and it wobbles like crazy because it's still unbalanced. The machines solution to this is to spend for a longer and slower speed at the final spin to try to get the water out while it wobbles

I purchased this washer the end of four months ago and from the start, the water level on When using the"Normal" wash cycle, the water did not cover all the clothes. Some remained dry when the cycle was done so needless to say, the clothes do not come out clean. On "Delicate" wash the water level was very high--way more water than was needed for the items. I have tried using "Deep Wash" but the water level was way too high--waste of water. Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bundled the LG top load washer and dryer together a week ago. Control panel is confusing. Using the washer dials is waste. It doesn't dispense enough water. The water senses the weight of clothes and dispenses water according. Normal load button hardly covers the top of the clothes. I find myself manually putting water in the tub before starting the wash cycle to provide more weight to the clothed to fool the water sense. As far as the clothes dryer, the medium heat setting is ridiculous. For normal load, the setting will take well over hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is very quiet during most operations. Occasionally will make unusual noise during draining. Cycles take considerable time but understandably. Water level is typically low but again understandably. Hoping the direct drive design will afford many years of clean clothes.

I don’t think it’s all LG. Washing machines do NOT put enough water to wash clothes. Clothes on top do not get wet. So little water on rinse cycle that it couldn’t possibly get soap out of clothes!!! So dissatisfied and disappointed in machines made now. I want the old fashioned machines back. I have to wash and rinse multiple times and only using small loads! Forget washing a comforter!!
