[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched brands and bought this LG because LG has an excellent reputation and reviews! It’s very easy to operate and I love the happy sounds it makes when you turn it on and select a cycle. Then it tells you when it’s done. It’s cost saving on detergent also, using a much smaller amount. Loads are balanced before the washer starts so I don’t have to worry about hearing a “bam,bam,bam” like my old one made when the load got off balance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this washer about 2 weeks ago. I really am very happy so far. This has replaced a 16 year old washer so I hope it will last as long. Its not hard to operate and does a good job of cleaning the clothes. Of course it's an HE washer which is new to us but so far it has worked out great. We do use the deep fill option on occasion but getting use to using just what the washer senses as far as the amount of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine by default because new top loaders are so gigantic that I couldn't reach the bottom of the drum. This is a slightly smaller capacity and I can get to the bottom. Things I like about are that it's super quiet and it lets me add extra water. Things I really don't like - the water won't fill the machine unless the child lock is engaged, the machine dictates which options I can choose and the delicate cycle is way too long. I also wish I could advance through the cycle so that I could have a 10 minute wash and move the machine to rinse. My clothes are clean and the machine is easy to use.

I always hated that my other machine wouldn't let me pause if I needed to throw something in this one does I love it.

Shopping for new appliances is really intimidating so we reviewed the good and bad and decided on the LG because of the track record as the top of the appliance makers. It was the right move. We couldn't be happier. They are easy to operate and clean and dry ANYTHING!! We highly recommend these.

I do not use all features included but rather the basics and the results meet my expectations of a good washing machine. It holds its own when load gets a little out of balance and it cleans clothes well using less water - all wins for me. Good job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three weeks ago and am pleased with the performance. Its different so watch a load on normal and a load on deep water cycle to get a feel for how it works. The spin cycle makes you want to put your seat and tray table in the full upright position. It does do a nice job of getting clothes clean. Don't do small loads. Be patient. Get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 4.3 cu. ft. Ultra lg capacity w/ Agitator is working really well. I have had it for about 1 month and have done approximately 25 loads. It cleans the clothes well, however I have been using the deep fill setting 90% of the time. When set at normal, or one of the other settings, I don't feel like the water quite covers the clothes. Even using the Deep Fill setting, I feel like I am not using as much detergent as I did with my other washer. I read a lot of reviews and questions and answers to determine that this wash was the one to purchase, especially since I wanted an agitator.
