Worst machine I’ve ever owned. If you place a folded item into the wash it remains folded. Dirty clothes stay dirty. Minimal amount of water used. I thought washing meant using water.! I follow a TikTok that shows vintage washing machines washing clothes from the 1950s and 60s. The agitator cleaned the clothes fiercely. How did we improve from this we didn’t. How am I conserving water when I’m washing my loads 2 to 3 times to get them even wet. I’ve tried every setting and nothing works. It’s a waste of my time and it’s a waste of my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the first load finished, I was surprised by the lack of water left in my clothes. This means a whole lot less time in the dryer. With the glass lid, it's interesting to watch the different phases of operation as well as the water usage. Huge basket & the tall agitator are the perfect combo. For me, it was an upgrade to first-class. Well worth the price.

It is SO NOISY (my daughter has one without an agitator and I can't believe how quiet her machine is). Wash cycle is okay but rinse and spin has loud chugging/banging noises. I'm getting ready to purchase a drier, but it WON'T be an LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my deep wash LG washer. It is easy to use and the Deep Wash is really great for 2 sets of queen size sheets. Also cleans my queensize comforter. No more running to the laundromat to wash them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was ok, but you can’t seem to put it on delicate was , the agitation cycle for delicates is still kind of harsh, and on normal it doesn’t give you much water.

Easy to use with many features. Can't believe how clean your clothes get, best feature is how quiet it is, have to listen to know it's on. Great price and product.
