[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a small load the clothes just sit in bottom of tub. The agitator does not slosh clothes around. Had to Max fill to get movement. This machine should have a manual select for different water levels. I do not like the feature that tub spins before adding water. The clothes are spread to outer side tub causing the clothes to gradually get to agitator. the agitator should have bigger vanes for greater movement of clothes.

I have now had this washer for 4 months and it will do. I don't like the fact I cannot add water during the cycle because I'm not convinced all my clothes get wet during the wash cycle because of the water saving features. If you want the whole tub to fill you have to use the Deep Fill option or Deep Wash cycle. I don't understand why washers with more options are less expensive than the cut and dry models that you select load size- load type- water temperature- and hit start.

I had an LG washer previously and really liked it, so I bought pretty much the same thing I had. The only difference is that the new one has an agitator. A couple things I have noticed on the new one is that it makes clanging noises at times and the fabric softener drawer is usually filled with water at the end of the cycle. Overall, I do like it.

I was looking for a washer machine that had an agitator, and I found this one. It has a 10 year warranty on the motor. That is a plus! I have had this washing machine for 3 weeks. It is so quiet that I am amazed. It has a quick wash that's 26 minutes. I live this washer. The best feature is that you can sync the washer to your phone to troubleshoot or delay washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We need a work horse washing machine and this one is just that! Very pleased, and only one thing I wish it had, a true quick wash feature. This model’s quick wash is a 45 minute cycle. Every other feature is perfect.

Cleans the clothes well, and has a fun little jingle with the wash is done!

The washer has a glass top and my husband and I like to watch it weighing the clothes and watching the wash start. The machine is quiet and no vibration. Very little programming . It's power on, cycle selection, and start. I like it so much that I purchased a LG refrigerator 6/25/23 when my refrig broke down. In fact, all my son's appliances are LG, and I love the appearance of them and how reliable they are. I don't advise my stove and microwave to break down.

Since we have only had this washer since the end of January 2023, an evaluation of long-term reliability is not possible, but we are quite satisfied with the unit thus far. Our laundry room is right off the kitchen, so we really appreciate the fact that it runs so quietly (probably due to the direct-drive motor). A few features I would like to mention are the soft-close, glass lid, the display of minutes left in the cycle and the dispenser drawer for detergent and softener. The washer offers a wide variety of cycles/settings in order to address the types of items being washed, and the control panel features several cycle-modifier options. However, I found the manual that came with the washer to be inadequate. The owner’s manual that can be downloaded from the LG website is a much more complete document, and in my opinion, it should have been supplied with the machine. The website manual is an absolute necessity if one is to understand how this washer actually works. For example, the website manual describes how to wash a load of clothes with a higher water level than that prescribed by the machine. I think that the automatic water level is often too low, so I generally use the option to add water. We hope for many years of trouble-free operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine in December 2023. So far it has worked great. It spins first to balance the clothes then begins washing. There were some complaints about it not filling up properly, but I put all loads on deep wash and have no problem.

I absolutely love this washer and all its features! The agitator really gets the clothes so much cleaner than models without! Just the right amount of choice’s of settings and the window in the lid is really nice when you just want to check on the load! The 10 year warranty is pretty great too!
