[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG washer based on good reviews and that it had an agitator and allows for “deep wash”. I am very pleased with it. Clothes are gently agitated in a normal amount of water for both washing and rinsing!

I recently bought this LG Washing machine after a lot of research. So far, it is everything I hoped it would be. Operation is straight forward and ready to program. The machine locks after I press start but that hasn't been a problem for me as some reviews wrote. I use the deep fill option often since I do large loads of laundry and I like them to be immersed in water. I've also used the normal setting and find it cleans very well. Ater the spin cycle, the clothes are just damp which reduces drying time. I hand dry the machine after using as LG suggests. It's a pain but if it means my washer won't smell, I'll continue to do it.

Very happy to have have this washer. Our Fisher Paykel gave up the ghost after 23 years. It was direct drive and we wanted a similar replacement. LG filled the bill, and more! The control panel is better with many more options than we could imagine. With direct drive the clothes are almost dry wich allows the dryer to work less, saving energy and money. I highly recommend this washer!

My old washer died and I went to Consumer Reports for information about new washers. LG was highly rated by Consumer Report and was in within my price range. Since the washer has been installed it has done an excellent job. I love that it has lots of options for various loads. I truly wish there was a way around the lid lock but that's the only downside that I have found. Highly recommend LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an 18 year old washer with this model. Needless to say, this machine is leaps and bounds different from the old washer. I've been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and shortness of the learning curve adjusting to an HE washer. Although it has a larger capacity than the old washer, it takes up just a little more space and the tub is cavernous compared to the old machine. We're extremely happy with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two things changed from my previous machine when I bought this new one: 1. it has an agitator instead of being an impeller, and 2. it is direct drive (hopefully reducing off-balance issues). I have been satisfied with its performance on both counts. Another good aspect was that the agitator "blades" were more gently curved (i.e. less abrasive to clothes) than other similar agitator washing machines. Overall, the price and the product were exactly what I was looking for.

I like that it has multiple settings (Normal, Delicates, Bedding, Speed Wash, Heavy Duty, and more) and soil levels to adapt to the type of load you need to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine a month ago. So far, everything's great. Looks great, runs quiet, and is very user friendly. It does things and makes adjustments on it's own, something we used to have to do manually ( adjust loads, set water levels, set run time and temperature).The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is because we've only had it a month, but I'm very confident we will have no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer in April 2022, I love the capacity for bedspreads, area rugs, etc. the self re-balancing feature is great. My old washer was a front load, this is so much better. Love the see thru lid .
