We purchased this for my mother to use in a newly renovated portion of our home. She simply loves it!! The washer is easy to use, very quiet, and cleans great. We are both on the shorter side and have no problem what so ever reaching in through the top load lid and getting all of the laundry out of the washer. Very happy with the purchase!! Super quiet and cleans great.

Built quality is poor. Tolerance levels are not defined. Came with a wobble and shake. Over a few months it got much more pronounced. Center agitator vibrates all over the place during spin cycle. Drum is out of alignment. Makes noise due to vibration and shake. And caused a noise compliant due to noise the machine make to the apartment down stairs.

I can customize my load or use the presets, but nothing is overly complicated. I really like the glass top so I can see what's going on as my clothes are getting washed. Highly recommend!

I bought the washer with an agitator, which is my preference. The clothes are so clean. The settings and features are comparable for my families need. I will only purchase LG products moving forward.

THE WASHING AND RINSING PROCESS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. I AM VERY HAPPY ON MY PURCHASE. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING INTO A NEW FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR DUE TO SPACE RESTRICTIONS IT LOOKS LIKE A 21.6 CUBIC FT MODEL WILL WORK THERE. THE WASHING AND RESIN CYCLE IS AWESOME VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE

We are super happy with this machine. It is quiet and really does a good job cleaning. I’m really glad we went with agitator and the clear lid. There’s something gratifying seeing your clothes getting washed. The clothes come out pretty dry and saves on drying time. Controls are very intuitive.

Love it! Simple and to the point. Love the size of the washer, it is quiet and easy to use. My needs are pretty basic, I need a normal, delicate and heavy cycles. There are a few more features that I am happy to have. I left my front loader for this one. No more stinky gaskets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than two months of light service has resulted in constant “error codes” and ensuing trouble shooting directions! We have water from our well that is pre-treated feeding into washer. Finally got serviceman who disconnected water lines (which I also had done to check water pressure) and he rinsed out line connections. Result • no more error code! Never had such a brouhaha or inconvenience/delay with old Maytag… no error codes etc! Washer works fine now…but what next?

It’s so cute when it plays the little jingle when the wash cycle is completed! I only wish there was a way to have a deep wash on the delicate setting. I love the deep wash as I feel the clothes get cleaner when they have more water to slosh around in! Plus I am used to that. Love this machine!
