I must have researched for 4-5 hrs reading many reviews over several days. We love the way it functions and how super quit it is. Many reviews said it was louder than most washers but they were totally wrong, took our time setting it up for the best spin and it paid off, have run several loads with no problems. For the first time in 42 years we were finally able to wash own king size comforter and my wife was thrilled and happy that it was as clean as if it had been done at the dry cleaners and we no longer have a 3 day wait or a $30 bill and that along saves us $100.00 a year. Don't believe all reviews, Get with a good Salesman, Read all Instructions & installation recommended practices. I wish I could give it a rating of 10.

Purchased this Dec 30th 2021 so it isn’t a year old. It has vibrated and made scraping sounds since the start. I thought it may be normal but as time went on the sound got worse. Called for repair and 1st repair person said it was the bearing and isn’t economical to repair it. Have LG service man coming tomorrow to confirm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so easy to use. Has a giant wash tub. And is incredibly quiet. It has all the wash options you will ever need. I am amazed with the self balance feature. I also love the timer which let's you see how much time is left in your cycle. The spin cycles really extract the water. I am telling you, this washer has cut my laundry time in half. I bought the washer with the see through lid. It is awesome. I enjoy watching it self balance. If you are on the fence about a washer get this one. I read the reviews, LG was the winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the washer spins the load to get it placed in the tub properly and then calculates how much water will be needed to do the wash. The spin after the final rinse really gets the wash “wrung out” well which reduces dryer time.

This is the only new washing machine I have ever bought. I am amazed at how clean my clothes are getting much cleaner. Even my older clothes that were washed in my old washer are getting cleaner. It is also extremely quiet. I would recommend this washer to anyone, it was a great investment.

Love it! Simple and to the point. Love the size of the washer, it is quiet and easy to use. My needs are pretty basic, I need a normal, delicate and heavy cycles. There are a few more features that I am happy to have. I left my front loader for this one. No more stinky gaskets.

Had the washer for about a month now, I purchased on line based on prior reviews. Have not had a new washer in 35 years so I was intimated by the appearance all the choices to select. The techs were great and gave me a brief course on operating the washer. After the first few times, I have to admit I love the washer. Does a great job of washing and spinning. My clothes dry faster too Very pleased with my purchase.

It is the most efficient and QUIET washer I have ever owned. I love the little tune it plays when it is finished doing its job. I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a new washing machine.
