While I purchased this washer on July 13, it was not delivered until July 21. In the course of setting it up, I discovered that the 66 in. drain hose that comes with it was not long enough to reach my drain. The height of my drain is less than 5 feet from the bottom of the washer, but the drain lies about 2.5 feet to the right of the water outlet on the machine. I first tried to splice an extension to the drain hose, but it leaked at the point of the splice. Finally I found a universal hose 8 feet long. Installing it was challenging--you've made some design changes at the point of connection compared to the model repaired on the YouTube video--but I finally got it connected. And nothing leaks. Since then I have done three loads of wash. I have been pleased with the quality of washing. I have to think I am going to like this machine in the long run. But it should come with a drain hose that is at least 7-8 feet long. I should add that your website was of no help. The downloaded manual included no instructions for replacing the drain hose. And I would have bought a longer drain hose from you if I could have found that you sold one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine in December 2023. So far it has worked great. It spins first to balance the clothes then begins washing. There were some complaints about it not filling up properly, but I put all loads on deep wash and have no problem.

I bought this washer in April of 2022 and have been very happy with it, UNTIL it needed service. I went through all the online reporting and was told that I was added to the "repair queue". Not having heard from them in over 2 weeks, I downloaded the LG Thinq app, but it wouldn't connect with my machine. I went through the troubleshooting instructions in the manual, unplugged, replaced, etc. Still no luck. It's been very frustrating, and would appreciate speaking to a "REAL PERSON ".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a thorough researcher and opted for this LG as the brand continually is rated high and wanted a top load (call me old school). Worked fine and seemed to do the job. Ask me now, 5 months later and I couldn’t recommend it less. Drain pump seemed to go out and also water fill sensor as well since while diagnosing the draining problem, filled it with some leftover water and it just wouldn’t stop. I wanted to be “nice” and give 2 stars but that said fair but big issue rising 5 months in isn’t good. Also dealing with the warranty and waiting another already 10 days for a replacement since that’s really there only option since there are no authorized repair services open or around which we waited over a week for that result. All told, about 2 weeks in and still waiting. Not good. And not fun having to drive to wash clothes…. :/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had about 6 weeks and am pleased with the ease of use, the capacity, smart features. Quiet. More pleasant experience than using my previous washer that was over 30 years old! Hope this lasts even half that long.

We purchased this for my mother to use in a newly renovated portion of our home. She simply loves it!! The washer is easy to use, very quiet, and cleans great. We are both on the shorter side and have no problem what so ever reaching in through the top load lid and getting all of the laundry out of the washer. Very happy with the purchase!! Super quiet and cleans great.

There are a lot of features that I have still yet to figure out. I like that you can see in the top to see how it's working.

So this time we decided to go “simple and easy,” and we’re delighted! It does everything the “fancy ones” did, but it’s so easy and efficient… we love it!
