It is SO NOISY (my daughter has one without an agitator and I can't believe how quiet her machine is). Wash cycle is okay but rinse and spin has loud chugging/banging noises. I'm getting ready to purchase a drier, but it WON'T be an LG!

I've had this washer for a little over 3 years, and it has performed so well. My only issue (a me issue) was that I didn't know how to use all the functions for a few years in. I finally know how to soak the clothes without having the water drain too soon. The capacity is great, it's fairly quiet and cleans the clothes well. I like having an agitator, even though many washers don't have them any longer. Overall, great machine, great price, and still looks like brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a top-loading washer to augment the front loader that are on the second floor and used mainly for clothing. Having this in the basement allows me to now easily wash bedding, and other bulky items. The capacity is large enough to handle a queen comforter without a problem. The unit stays balanced and smooth while washing and does a nice initial spin dry. This LG has plenty of wash options and even a tub cleaning option. Very easy to use and feature rich for the price. I would buy again.

The washer has a glass top and my husband and I like to watch it weighing the clothes and watching the wash start. The machine is quiet and no vibration. Very little programming . It's power on, cycle selection, and start. I like it so much that I purchased a LG refrigerator 6/25/23 when my refrig broke down. In fact, all my son's appliances are LG, and I love the appearance of them and how reliable they are. I don't advise my stove and microwave to break down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine about 3 weeks ago and simply love it. I'm old school, and still like having an agitator. Even with the agitator, the capacity is HUGE and yet it's footprint is no larger than my old washer from a brand I won't buy from again. The reliability reports for LG are what sold me on the washer.

I absolutely love this washer and all its features! The agitator really gets the clothes so much cleaner than models without! Just the right amount of choice’s of settings and the window in the lid is really nice when you just want to check on the load! The 10 year warranty is pretty great too!

We purchased our LG washing machine a couple of months ago. I absolutely love it. Fascinating to watch the various cycles; uses a good amount of water to actually clean the clothes, and has all of the features I needed. I prefer the agitator style machine; never felt clothes were really clean with our previous one that used a minimal amount of water and no agitator. My only problem is that I am short and it’s kind of a “stretch” to get the laundry out of the bottom of the tub - no fault of the machine. I did not receive this product free for a promotion.

Seems to work all right. Not convinced it uses enough water without using the deep fill option. The wash cycles are _long_. 1.5-2 hours long. Also, the discharge hose is too short and on the wrong side. We had to install the machine sideways. LG, why is the hose so short? Why did you glue it on so that a longer one can't be added later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for nearly a month. I like the agitation and that it runs fairly quietly. However, it doesn’t use nearly enough water for a normal or heavy duty load, unless I select ‘Deep Wash’.

I bought this washer in April of 2022 and have been very happy with it, UNTIL it needed service. I went through all the online reporting and was told that I was added to the "repair queue". Not having heard from them in over 2 weeks, I downloaded the LG Thinq app, but it wouldn't connect with my machine. I went through the troubleshooting instructions in the manual, unplugged, replaced, etc. Still no luck. It's been very frustrating, and would appreciate speaking to a "REAL PERSON ".
