[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is awesome. I think it may be smarter than I am! It measures the weight of the clothes before it adds the water! It scared me at first because it was spinning and no water was coming through and I thought it might burn up! Had to read the instructions for a change. And I have never seen a tub this big in a top loading unit. I think it might be bigger than a side loading unit! I can finally wash my comforters. And I LOVE the see through lid because now I can see if I am using enough detergent! It also tells me how long the wash cycle will be which is great. It even plays a little tune when it finishes! I never thought I’d look forward to doing laundry but they’ve done it. We’ll done LG.

I was looking for a washer machine that had an agitator, and I found this one. It has a 10 year warranty on the motor. That is a plus! I have had this washing machine for 3 weeks. It is so quiet that I am amazed. It has a quick wash that's 26 minutes. I live this washer. The best feature is that you can sync the washer to your phone to troubleshoot or delay washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG washer for 3 months. I did my research and this was the best washer with the best reviews. I love it. Very quiet. I don't have to figure out how much water I need, the washer does it for me!

While I purchased this washer on July 13, it was not delivered until July 21. In the course of setting it up, I discovered that the 66 in. drain hose that comes with it was not long enough to reach my drain. The height of my drain is less than 5 feet from the bottom of the washer, but the drain lies about 2.5 feet to the right of the water outlet on the machine. I first tried to splice an extension to the drain hose, but it leaked at the point of the splice. Finally I found a universal hose 8 feet long. Installing it was challenging--you've made some design changes at the point of connection compared to the model repaired on the YouTube video--but I finally got it connected. And nothing leaks. Since then I have done three loads of wash. I have been pleased with the quality of washing. I have to think I am going to like this machine in the long run. But it should come with a drain hose that is at least 7-8 feet long. I should add that your website was of no help. The downloaded manual included no instructions for replacing the drain hose. And I would have bought a longer drain hose from you if I could have found that you sold one.

I bought this washer in April of 2022 and have been very happy with it, UNTIL it needed service. I went through all the online reporting and was told that I was added to the "repair queue". Not having heard from them in over 2 weeks, I downloaded the LG Thinq app, but it wouldn't connect with my machine. I went through the troubleshooting instructions in the manual, unplugged, replaced, etc. Still no luck. It's been very frustrating, and would appreciate speaking to a "REAL PERSON ".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this washer. I’m not a fan of front load so this was the direction I went. Love the glass see through too lid. My last washer did not have an agitator, I won’t make that mistake again and am glad I went with this one. My clothes used to get frayed and not as clean as they should in the last machine. I’m actually glad it finally broke for good. Now I have this LG and I am liking it a lot!
