[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this machine doesn’t waste water filling up the tub on small loads. I use the delayed wash feature so the load is finishing as I wake up in the morning and clothes are dry before I leave for work. Very pleased with this purchase.

Its different so watch a load on normal and a load on deep water cycle to get a feel for how it works. The spin cycle makes you want to put your seat and tray table in the full upright position. It does do a nice job of getting clothes clean. Don't do small loads. Be patient. Get used to it.

I bought this machine a few weeks ago. It cleans the laundry better than the machine I had before and I credit the agitator and it moves the clothes better into the water. So far I haven't used the deep fill option because I can see that it all gets covered in water. My old machine without the agitator I would have clorhing that was on top not even wet when cycle was done. It operates quietly and I like the timer that shows how long the cycle will take and how much time is left.

This is my first ever purchase of a LG product. I did some research on different washers. My 2 most important things that I look for in a washer is cleaning power & durability. I purchased this around 4/1/2023 because I was afraid my older washer was going to go on me & didn't want to have to rush out to buy just anything. It's really a very quiet washer like the service guy said. It washes well, I'm still getting use to the different selections especially when to add water. I only wish it had a small load selection which I believe that is what the "speed wash" is for? I use the Normal cycle a lot but my only complaint is when I use the deep fillet to get a little more more water it automatically goes into the DeepWash cycle which it does state in the manual. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase. No washer is perfect & I hope this washer lasts me a long time especially with the turbo drum technology.

Owner's manual is poorly written and leaves out simple things like how to break the normal cycle of wash, rinse spin. No procedure in place to start on rinse only. Wife hates it. She would've preferred a much more basic model she could control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine a month ago. So far, everything's great. Looks great, runs quiet, and is very user friendly. It does things and makes adjustments on it's own, something we used to have to do manually ( adjust loads, set water levels, set run time and temperature).The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is because we've only had it a month, but I'm very confident we will have no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old front loader stopped working, so we purchased the LG top loader with agitator on recommendation by appliance repair guy. It is doing a great job, clothes are clean, has good features.

When washing one of the heavier throw rugs (2' x 3') it gets off balance in the spin where my prior washer did not. This is my 2nd HE washer and it seems to me that they do not rinse well. Anything that has outdoor grass or dirt with it -- it is all still there at completion and then in the dryer to make a mess when the dryer door is opened.

We bought this washer for our new house when we decided to leave our one year old washer behind. This washer is superior in every way to our last new washer. It is quieter, more efficient, and more environmentally sound than our last washer. It also gets our clothes cleaner. I really can’t think of any negative to say about it. It’s just great.
