I purchased this washer 1 year after doing some research to find a that actually has and uses agitation to wash clothes. Water using appliances today are set to conserve water, which means you don't get enough water to get anything clean. This LG washer gives me some control of water level plus agitation which equals clean clothes wash. The only negative I've encountered is that the bedding (bulky) wash cycle doesn't work that well for large comforters. I 100% recommend this washer.

I was looking for a washer machine that had an agitator, and I found this one. It has a 10 year warranty on the motor. That is a plus! I have had this washing machine for 3 weeks. It is so quiet that I am amazed. It has a quick wash that's 26 minutes. I live this washer. The best feature is that you can sync the washer to your phone to troubleshoot or delay washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a small load the clothes just sit in bottom of tub. The agitator does not slosh clothes around. Had to Max fill to get movement. This machine should have a manual select for different water levels. I do not like the feature that tub spins before adding water. The clothes are spread to outer side tub causing the clothes to gradually get to agitator. the agitator should have bigger vanes for greater movement of clothes.

It does things and makes adjustments on it's own, something we used to have to do manually ( adjust loads, set water levels, set run time and temperature).The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is because we've only had it a month, but I'm very confident we will have no problems.

I bought this product Sept 27. I have been having trouble with my clothes not getting cleaned. There is not enough water going into washer for clothes to come clean. Sometimes the clothes on the top are not totally wet when the wash cycle is complete. I bought this model because I was interested in conserving water. But conserving water is no good when I have to wash a load 2 times. Service repair says there is nothing wrong with the machine - that’s just the way it works. Baloney! I am very unhappy with it & frustrated.

It is quiet, every wash comes out clean & fresh smelling, and water spins away so well that I do not have to dry as long. It has a gentle, pleasant chime at end of cycle - music to my ears! I am thankful to use liquid detergent again because this washer is so clean and efficient. I also love the "bedding" option which fills the washer with water over the top of my blankets and fluffy comforter.

Owner's manual is poorly written and leaves out simple things like how to break the normal cycle of wash, rinse spin. No procedure in place to start on rinse only. Wife hates it. She would've preferred a much more basic model she could control.

It’s neat to watch the wash start out & spin to make a separation for the water & suds to fill up! Clothes seem clean. Washer is quiet, can hear when doing final spin but not bad! Happy with my purchase!

While I purchased this washer on July 13, it was not delivered until July 21. In the course of setting it up, I discovered that the 66 in. drain hose that comes with it was not long enough to reach my drain. The height of my drain is less than 5 feet from the bottom of the washer, but the drain lies about 2.5 feet to the right of the water outlet on the machine. I first tried to splice an extension to the drain hose, but it leaked at the point of the splice. Finally I found a universal hose 8 feet long. Installing it was challenging--you've made some design changes at the point of connection compared to the model repaired on the YouTube video--but I finally got it connected. And nothing leaks. Since then I have done three loads of wash. I have been pleased with the quality of washing. I have to think I am going to like this machine in the long run. But it should come with a drain hose that is at least 7-8 feet long. I should add that your website was of no help. The downloaded manual included no instructions for replacing the drain hose. And I would have bought a longer drain hose from you if I could have found that you sold one.

This is my first top loader in 20 years and I am thrilled with it! The drum is large enough to accommodate all my sheets and towels. I love the energy saving features and ease of use. I definitely recommend this machine!
