[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the first load finished, I was surprised by the lack of water left in my clothes. This means a whole lot less time in the dryer. With the glass lid, it's interesting to watch the different phases of operation as well as the water usage. Huge basket & the tall agitator are the perfect combo. For me, it was an upgrade to first-class. Well worth the price.

A fairly recent purchase--less than a month--so I'm still learning the ins and outs of the machine. I am happy of the quality of my washes but a bit frustrated that I am limited by my ability to control some of the functionality. Also, I am very obviously using much more water in my washes the with my prior machine as I am certain my next water bill will show--my wash times are much, much, much longer per load, as well. It is early but am feeling some buyer's regret...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with the washer but we are still working depth of water settings and agitation/spinning levels that will hopefully help get out more stains without the use of stain removers. Our older/classic washer got the same soiling out. Disappointed new technology needs helps to do the same.

I can customize my load or use the presets, but nothing is overly complicated. I really like the glass top so I can see what's going on as my clothes are getting washed. Highly recommend!

It is not as loud as some people say it is. The controls feel well made. And when it is finished spinning. oh my the cloth are half way dried, THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE THAT I MADE. You go LG

I bought the washer with an agitator, which is my preference. The clothes are so clean. The settings and features are comparable for my families need. I will only purchase LG products moving forward.

This is a good washer, does a good job and has a strong spin cycle which is important to me, but the options for the type of wash I would like are very limited. There is no “manual” wash that I can set exactly what I want. And I don’t have any control over the amount of water used. It’s supposed to determine how much by weight, but I find that it really doesn’t get it right very often.
