[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m old school, but it only took a few times doing laundry to let it go and realize that the washing machine was doing all the work!! Add detergent, turn it on.. my part was complete till the end of the cycle! It was a little difficult to get used to the lid locking. I like the way it balances the clothes even before the cycle starts to prevent having to re-arrange wet unbalanced clothes mid-cycle!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the whole set in August 2021. It worked good up until the first week of February. It made a loud noise & gave me the error code E6. I’m still without a washing machine now waiting on a LG service tech to come out.

Bought this washer a month ago and it works as designed. Not as loud as other washers I’ve had which is nice. There is usually some water still in the soap dispenser tray after a wash and we are still trying to trouble shoot that. Overall we are satisfied with this no frills washing machine.

The washer automatically adjusts the time needed to wash and gives a nice digital readout of time remaining. The clear lid is a nice feature to see what is happening. The large capacity helps to reduce loads, but don’t overfill!

The spin cycle is very efficient, which saves me electricity for my dryer. The washer machine is easy to understand the different cycles that are available. I have loved using my new washer! I bought this top load LG washing machine in April because my previous one stopped spinning. It has an agitator and my previous one was a turbo drum. I hear a lot of clanging noises and am not quite sure why, as my other one never made them. Also, the fabric softener drawer is almost always full of water at the end of the cycle. Other than this, I do like the washer. It has large capacity and cleans things well.

Shopping for new appliances is really intimidating so we reviewed the good and bad and decided on the LG because of the track record as the top of the appliance makers. It was the right move. We couldn't be happier. They are easy to operate and clean and dry ANYTHING!! We highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for just over a year, and it’s just average. The normal cycle is way too low on the water even being an HE washer. I am having to use the deep wash cycle often because there is no medium level water cycle for warm/ hot washes unless you use delicate cold cycle. In normal cycle, the clothes often have dry spots because water is so low unless you have a very small load. Disappointed overall. Was happy with Previous LG washer, but this model was less than expected.

Owner's manual is poorly written and leaves out simple things like how to break the normal cycle of wash, rinse spin. No procedure in place to start on rinse only. Wife hates it. She would've preferred a much more basic model she could control.
