Simple knob function different modes of laundry setting or modes. There are push buttons for different speeds and how soiled your laundry is. I like the pleasant chime at the end of the load, kindly reminding me that my laundry is done. Pleasantly surprised by this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and it has many settings, do pay attention to how to use the settings I used bedding option for my bed sheets which was actually way too harsh for my delicate sheets so do pay attention to what each setting does but other than that does do a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an 18 year old washer with this model. Needless to say, this machine is leaps and bounds different from the old washer. I've been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and shortness of the learning curve adjusting to an HE washer. Although it has a larger capacity than the old washer, it takes up just a little more space and the tub is cavernous compared to the old machine. We're extremely happy with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to get an agitator top loader after our older LG top loader with no agitator went bad. Pro's...With this model, we find that our clothes get much cleaner. In addition, we no longer have unbalanced loads which the no agitator machine used to do. Cons: is that the shortest speed wash is 45 minutes. However, it does adjust the time accordingly (well sometimes). And it does use a lot more water than our previous machine.

Read the reviews, watched YouTube videos. I just had a good feeling about the one! It washes my clothes so much better. The clothes actually feel clean! Not one complaint about this washer!

We bought this washer and dryer for our condo after moving in. Really pleased with how quiet it is but the washer doesn’t fill enough for me. There is a “deep fill” setting but that’s too much for a smaller load. I went online and found a hack. Now I pour pitchers of water on the clothes to make them heavier before turning on the machine. I wish there was a water level button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a front load that broke. I knew I wanted to go back to top load. I was skeptical about buying a washer with an agitator. However, the agitator is fine. I didn't want to spend a fortune, or have all kinds of fancy features. The washer has great feature settings. Just what I need and wanted. The drum is a good size for average loads. The only downside to the washer is that it doesn't fiil with enough water with average to larger loads unless you set it to the deep wash setting. The warranty on this washer is great also. Overall I am satisfied with this washing machine!

The service was poor, the call where the Rep asked me to email a picture of the serial and model number she was helpful, however before that the service wasn't helpful at all. Noew that Representative Faith is helping me the service is excellent however I still need help determining the washing machine's condition.

I owned an LG washer for 13 years it finally went out. I bought this model, the first one washed one time and then it wouldn’t spin anymore. They brought me another one, the second one had water coming out the back hose., both washers were defective. Now I have no washer.
