I like that it has multiple settings (Normal, Delicates, Bedding, Speed Wash, Heavy Duty, and more) and soil levels to adapt to the type of load you need to wash.

I've had the washer and dryer about 3 weeks now and have done several loads. They are very easy to use, are quiet, and do an outstanding job. They look very nice as well - sleek and modern. I had some concern whether the washer would fit in the available space, but the installer was able to make it fit like a glove.

I owned an LG washer for 13 years it finally went out. I bought this model, the first one washed one time and then it wouldn’t spin anymore. They brought me another one, the second one had water coming out the back hose., both washers were defective. Now I have no washer.

THE WASHING AND RINSING PROCESS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. I AM VERY HAPPY ON MY PURCHASE. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING INTO A NEW FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR DUE TO SPACE RESTRICTIONS IT LOOKS LIKE A 21.6 CUBIC FT MODEL WILL WORK THERE. Being older, there was a but of a learning curve with all the computer settings, but now find it very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer three weeks ago and have been completely happy with it. The features are great although I'm surprised at the length of some of the cycles. I do wish they supplied a cycle chart with times, volumes, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a whirlpool washer for about 25 years. Things have changed since then. Still getting used to not using near as much water for each wash, but loads are clean when done. I love the timer. I can start it and know when I need to come back to unload it. I also like that when it gets unbalanced it will shut down and unlock the lid so you can spread the items around and start it back up unlike the old one trying to walk out into the den. Hope to have this for a long time.

I was very disappointed in this washing machine. It does not have a Lotta features that I like. It has no prewash. It has no soak cycle. The water level does not hardly cover the clothes.When you put it on warm water the water is hardly warm at all. Just is not a very consumer friendly washing machine.
