The service was poor, the call where the Rep asked me to email a picture of the serial and model number she was helpful, however before that the service wasn't helpful at all. Noew that Representative Faith is helping me the service is excellent however I still need help determining the washing machine's condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new washers with impeller are about worthless, so I wanted a washer with an agitator like the good old days before this low water cleaning machines. It works well, even though it is a low water machine. I do use the deep water cycle on large loads to get everything clean and rinsed properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG dryer an matching washer I looked at a lot of different brands but i always came back to LG as i have bought other LG products an was very happy so when i went to look LG kept me coming back to look again, read everything an felt LG was my choice form the looks to the quality i would recomend L G it washes cloths very good it lets you choose the right size an i was so amazed at watching it wash it does so much it evens the load it runs very quiet the first week i washed everyday an their is only two in house hold i looked for something to wash to see it do its job my husband was even impressed with the washer so if you want a good quality washer go with LG

I have never purchase an appliance by LG before and i get this washer after a super bad experience with another name brand i bouight year ago. I purchased this one in the beginng of august of this year. This washer is soooo quiet and runs great ! I love the cute song it plays when the washer is done too! I will be buying more LG products.

So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. I wanted a top loading washer with agitator after listening to friends and family who were unhappy with their front loaders and top loaders with impellers. The drum is big enough to wash our king size comforter with no problem, but not so deep that I couldn’t reach the bottom like in larger capacity drums.

I'm thrilled with the larger drum. However, I am really disappointed in the dispensing mechanism for detergent. I cannot use my liquid with my Borax additive which is powder. My 7th Generation detergent does not come in a powder form. I'm searching for alternatives. Additionally, when you add the softener it drips out onto clothes leaving spots, another thing I DO NOT like.

Worst machine I’ve ever owned. If you place a folded item into the wash it remains folded. Dirty clothes stay dirty. Minimal amount of water used. I thought washing meant using water.! I follow a TikTok that shows vintage washing machines washing clothes from the 1950s and 60s. The agitator cleaned the clothes fiercely. How did we improve from this we didn’t. How am I conserving water when I’m washing my loads 2 to 3 times to get them even wet. I’ve tried every setting and nothing works. It’s a waste of my time and it’s a waste of my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washing machine I ever had! It is a compact size but it has a large load capacity. It works great in smaller spaces yet gives you the same cleaning and load capacity as larger machines.

The only time it is noisy is during the drainage of the water, and I think the reason for the noise is because it is draining out so fast! The clothes are clean. The spin cycle is fast and the clothes are fairly “dry”. I do miss choosing the best water level, but this machine does have the option for a deep water wash.
